I looked down at the loose borrowed grey hoodie and tracksuit bottoms, which I was still wearing from yesterday and shook my head in disbelief.
I sighed deeply at my cup of coffee, as the sugar began to disintegrate into the liquid.
‘You look like you need something stronger’. Alex’s voice muttered next to me, as he sat next to me at the breakfast table.
Alex was wearing his usual black suit and he smiled sweetly at me.
‘I need to know what you and Leo spoke of’. I grumbled, staring at the floor.
‘He really gets under your skin, does he not?’. He chuckled.
I stared at him in deep shock.
‘Just tell me already’. I grumbled.
‘He told me how he really feels about you and he thinks that you have simply given up on your relationship with him’. He muttered in an uncomfortable voice.
My chest began to race and I knew that I needed to see Leo.. even if I was petrified of what that entailed.
