Waking up to a rainstorm always made me want to hide.. I glared at the windows, leaping up from my bed and quickly closing them, before more water came crashing into the room.
It made me more uncomfortable knowing that Leo was not nearby.. he knew how much I feared this kind of weather.
I laughed realising that he was right; I was acting like a child but also a Werecat.. many of them felt the way I did about this awful weather.
One thing I know however, is that if I continue acting like this about a little rain, I would never be fit to be Leo’s Co-Leader to the Clan. I need to up my game. I need to be brave. And I really need to be worthy of all of this.
I have beaten so much darkness and despair in my life.. so why was I letting a rainstorm stop me?
I took a deep breath and brushed my curls out of my face. I grabbed a pair of black denim jeans and a green shirt.. it was time I looked the part.. I knew for a fact Leo would be surprised.
