Without wasting too much of their time, Kai decided to head to the Nocturnal tower to start training and finding a way how to activate Amelia's power. 


As soon as they arrived at the front gate, the two guards approached them with big respect.


"Good day, adventurer Kai! This is the first time I see you coming late to your expedition." Arthur said in a cheerful tone.


He chuckled a bit as he was now noticed by other people here, apart from that, he was regaining respect. "Hehe~ something came up that we have to discuss that's why." 


Arthur the guard looked satisfied with his answer, at the same time, he knew that he can ask for further information. "I understand, adventurer Kai. Good luck with your expedition, and I hope you come back safely." 


The three of them just simply smiled at the guards, but before they left the area he never forget to give some coins to those guards.
