Lighting Up The Darkness

I was happy Ryan was not shoved into the middle of my family's madness. He seemed like a sweet boy, he did not deserve to keep up with so much.

'That boy is a result of my teenage curiosity. He has nothing to do with me being in prison right now.' Nate shouted at Alicia one time.

Nate was a hot headed child. He never took no for an answer and because of mum's nature, he always got his way but Frank was the opposite of mum.

Frank grounded Nate at any opportunity he got. He was very strict with him.

Alicia told me Frank even regulated Nate's time at some point. He drew out a time table of how Nate spent his days and although that was restraining to an extent, it kept Nate out of harm's way. 

Nate would have probably turned out better if Frank had never left because barely two years after Frank decided to run away, Nate got Blue pregnant.
