It's Pronounced, Ayor

I trusted Eric, but this Pilar woman was who I had issues with.

'You can come to California with me, so you can see that we're just friends.'

'Eric, you're married, with a child. Why are you keeping female friends?' My voice was low.

'Don't bring that toxicity into our marriage, Alicia. I can keep whoever I want as a friend.' He picked Kolin up and went back to the room.

I followed him to the room. I was already tired of arguing with him, what I really needed was to find another detective for Kassy's case.

'Fine, go to California and talk as much as you want with Pilar, but you can't take my son with you.' I said.

He put Kolin back in his cot and looked at me.

'You forget that this boy is my son too and I have the right to custody as much as you do.'

'Can you not talk about custody? This is not a fight, I'm just telling you that I cannot give you my child. You can't take him to California. I can't live with that thought.' I said.
