Brad and I had been dating for about three years, my family slowly accepted Brad as my boyfriend at the time, they could not do anything with me and let me go out with him.

One night at a restaurant, we didn't have much money but we went to a local cheap place to eat dinner and we looked at each other and I smiled at him and I was so nervous to ask him. He's never asked me to marry him, but he did make a hint that if we ever did get married, he would support me through everything. I swallowed a breath for a moment as he was talking about his day and I looked at him seriously for a moment and took a deep breath and asked the question: "Brad…" I said to him. "Yeah?" he asked.
