Chapter 4

Andy's POV

"Did you bring the blankets?" I asked in a strained voice to change the subject and get my mind off the current situation. It was getting more and more difficult not to breathe in his scent, coupled with the fact that I was using the last of my willpower to hold myself from pressing shamelessly into his chest and offering my throat to him for it to get marked.

"Yeah, it's on the couch." He replied as he finally and thankfully took a step away from me. I exhaled the breath I was holding almost immediately before lifting the tray and leading the way into the sitting room that contained an oversized ass couch which was already a perfect excuse for us to sit close to each other. A smaller ball curved seat with some throw pillows, a sixteen-inch flat screen we bought together, a wall clock, and a few more sitting room essentials.

I settled on the couch and laid the tray beside me before tucking my feet beneath me on the sofa. At the same time, Ash fiddled with the remote control after logging into our hacked Netflix account until money heist newly uploaded episodes showed up on the screen.

"Let's see the previous episode together once again to refresh my weak-ass memory, please." I pleaded before he could click on the first episode.

"Urg, the episode is so long, and we've seen it together before. How about I just explain everything that happened in it to you?" Ash tried suggesting, but I shook my head in response before pouting a little. "No, it wouldn't be like me seeing it myself, c'mon Ashy, please?"

"Fine, fine. If I fall asleep in the middle of the new episodes, it's your fault, and stop calling me 'Ashy'." He grumbled as he clicked on the previously watched episode before dropping the remote control on the table holding our game consoles, a decoder, a ps5 which got given to Ash as a birthday present by his ex girlfriend, before heading back towards the couch which I was on.

On second thoughts, he headed towards the light switches and turned the light off, plunging us into darkness safe for the rays coming from the television.

Weirdly, this feels intimate in a way, and it made my heartbeat speed up a few notches.

It wasn't hard for werewolves to see in the dark; thanks to our enhanced visions, I quickly adjusted on my spot on the couch and picked up a cupcake before swiping my finger through the rainbow stripes and inserting the icing covered finger into my mouth; I sighed a little as my eyes slid shut for a few seconds as I savored the taste of the cold icing melting on my tongue.

"It tastes good, huh?"

My eyes flew open immediately, and I watched as Ash sank into the spot on the other side of the tray while watching me intently; I popped my finger out of my mouth slowly as I shrugged a little before gesturing at the cupcakes between us.

"How about you taste it and tell me, huh?" I swiped my finger through the icing once again and was about to insert it into my mouth. Still, to my shock, Ash grabbed my wrist and lifted it to his face before taking my icing-covered index finger into his mouth instead of tasting the icing directly from one of the cupcakes like a normal human being.

I shuddered and gasped a little as his tongue swiped over the tip of my finger lightly in suctions before he finally popped my finger out of my lips and smiled at me, his cute dimples making my stomach do quick, uncoordinated flips as I withdrew my hand from his warm grip and placed it on my thighs, my insides tightening up in nervous excitement and giddiness.

"It tastes amazing, Andy." He praised, and I swallowed emptily, feeling color flood my cheeks as his praises washed over me.

"You were supposed to taste the icing off the cake, not my finger," I informed him in a voice that sounded too breathy as I slowly tasted the cupcake for the first time since I started baking it in the afternoon. I know just how hard it is for someone to bake something without eating from it until it is fully ready, but I was trying hard to kill that urge since I was aiming to be a professional baker a few years from now.

"I know; I felt like licking it off your finger, though," Ash replied right before shoving a cupcake entirely into his mouth and swallowing it down in a few seconds while I stared at him for a few seconds, feeling everything freeze around my hand for a fleeting moment, before turning my gaze away and taking another tiny bite of my first piece of cupcake, trying my very best not to allow Ash's words fuck with my head too much tonight.

"Are you even watching the episode? Let's just skip to the new one already." Ash whined around a mouth full of cake, and I rolled my eyes before inserting my remaining piece of cake into my mouth completely.

"Oh, shut up. I am watching it just to refresh my memory, not like I haven't seen it before or anything." I reminded him as soon as I had swallowed the cake in my mouth.

"Urg." Ash groaned, but I ignored him as I reached for another cupcake to touch nothing but the air around the tray. I tore my gaze away from the television and glanced down at the tray to see it empty.

I glanced up slowly at Ash, whose mouth was wide open as he held the last cupcake over his mouth with his eyes watching me guiltily.

"Don't you dare," I warned as I stretched out my palm. I narrowed my eyes at him when he hesitated for a few more seconds before huffing a little and finally dropping the last piece of cupcake into my hand.

"You eat like a horse," I commented with an eye roll as I bit into the softness of the cake on a soft sigh.

"I'm just too hungry, and I'm an alpha too. Won't you give me a little bit of the last cake?"

I threw a side look at him and watched him blankly for a few minutes before forcing the remaining cake into my mouth with our eyes locked together.

"Aw, c'mon, Andy," He whined, but it was already too late since I was at that moment swallowing everything down. "You ate ten cakes out of twelve, Ash, while I ate just two, and you still expected me to give you a part of the last one? Uh-uh."

"I thought you said you were baking it for me anyway." He mumbled under his breath, and I gasped dramatically.

"What was that?" I demanded immediately.

"Nothing." He muttered as he picked up the tray and headed towards the kitchen while I watched him go. I couldn't ideally make out the movement of his ass in the dark, but just imagining how that tight ass jiggles perfectly in sweatpants was making me a little bit flustered.

"Be a darling and bring me a bottle of water, Ashy," I called out from the sitting room and faintly heard him respond before returning to the sitting room with a beer and a bottle of water for me a few moments later.

"Thanks," I took the water from him and downed a few mouthfuls before settling it on the floor and shuffling closer to him until I was pressing into his side. Beneath me, my legs were coiled while he was seated beside me, with his legs on the floor. I'd do anything to climb over those sets of muscles-filled thighs and try out my lap dancing skills or to feel his hard thighs against my soft and sensitive ones. Still, I know Ash will be in a truce, and that could seriously damage our friendship, so I killed that thought immediately and whined for a cuddle instead.
