It was supposed to be a simple, innocent hug of a boy offering comfort to his distressed best friend. It must have been a mistake, I said to myself, but then he did it again, and again– his hot breaths fanning against my sensitive scent gland along with each firmer drags of his nose.

<p>      I bit on my bottom lip as I glanced up at him, feeling a heavy emotion sit at the lower part of my back, and after remaining in that position for a few more seconds, I took a step back with my hand still wrapped around the doorknob loosely, as I spoke.</p>

<p>"Uh, would you like to come in?" I said after a moment. My voice sounded quite hoarse to my own ears and I swallowed emptily, trying not to let the emotion on my face fall even more on seeing Ash start to shake his head in response.</p>
