It was supposed to be a simple, innocent hug of a boy offering comfort to his distressed best friend. Ms. Daisy was an elderly woman, she had been through 5 divorces and with this history and experience, you would expect her to know better. But I think there is this thing about we women, we never learn. We would never learn, no matter how many times a man jumps on us and shows us he is trash of he comes to us with a rose and a half apology we would accept them.

I read somewhere that women are emotional creatures, we put our feelings into everything. It's so bad that if we get physically abused we would actually find an excuse to forgive whoever especially if it's a man that we are romantically involved with.
