Letter

The room fell into a silent state when they heard I was the little lady. Everyone's eyes widened in disbelief as if they saw a worthless person. I stood there while clenching my fist. How dare they? They not only tried to become owners of this place but also cursed me and my parents. They are the ones who deserve punishment that is worse than death.

"You are the little lady?"

"Who are you trying to deceive?"

"Get out of this house now?"

They shouted in front of me as if they had this place in their hand.

I think I understand now. Even if I am angry, I am just a little girl, so they won't hear me. But I have to drive them away now. I can't tolerate people who are eating what my parents earn but even cursing us. I took a long breath and tried to steady myself. 

Bia was looking at me all the time. She also understands that I am angry, not a little but very much.

"Bia, call the butler."

I said with a cold voice.

Hearing me, they started to laugh.

"You will call the butler. He can't do anything to us. We are relatives of the marquess. Even the marquess gave us some face when he saw us. But what a butler can do?"

They said haughtily as if they were the high and mighty. No one can do anything to them.

"Yes. Who are you trying to show us power?"

Another person. The person was a man in his mid-twenties. He looked ugly and like a scoundrel and swindler.

"Who are you?"

I asked. I know they won't see me as a powerful person, because I am only seven years old little girl. But they forgot where they stand now. Today is the last day they will stay here. I thought I could let them stay here for a few days. Because they are so-called relatives. But they dared to do the things that they shouldn't do.

 "You don't have to know."

"We will see what can the butler do when he comes here."

"You a worthless girl. Who doesn't even know anything and tries to impersonate the little lady. You need punishment."

"Yes. Even the little lady can't do anything to us."

They said proudly with courage. 

Suddenly the head butler came running to the room with Bia.

"My Lady, why did you come here without telling me in advance?"

He said with a gentle voice.

"Why? Do I also have to ask you when I am walking in my own manor?"

I said coldly. Hearing my voice, the butler understands the situation is not so good. 

"I have to calm down the lady. If she becomes more angry then she will go into the berserk state then the entire manor will be destroyed and we will all die."

The head butler thought while looking at her.

Then he looked at the others. When they heard that she was the little lady everyone's face became ugly. All of them were anxious, nervous, and afraid.

"Butler, how many days it is that my parents died?"

I asked in a heavy tone.

"It's ten days, my lady."

Head Butler replied.

"Then why are they in this house till today?"

I said coldly while pointing my finger toward them.

"They are your distant relatives, my lady."

Head butler said.

"Do they have any blood ties with my family?"

I said while looking at them. Everyone's face becomes dark while hearing me.

"I don't think so."

He answered.

"Then how dare they stay in my house without the owner's permission?"

I asked.

"That... my lady?"

The butler couldn't say anything.

"Are they threatening you? Call the guard."

I said coldly.

"No, wait. We are sorry, little lady. Forgive us."

They said together clumsily.

"Who are you all? I asked three times this same question today. But all of you showed your high-end attitude towards me. As if you were the owner of this manor and I was some peasant who came from far away."

I said while looking coldly at them. When they looked at me, everyone flinched.

"Butler, I want to see the guard captain in ten minutes in this room."

I said and then looked at Bia. Butler went from there.

"Bia, I want to sit down."

"Yes, My lady."

Saying this, she took out a handkerchief and cleaned the chair. 

"My Lady, here you can sit now."

She showed me the master chair she just cleaned. Then she threw the handkerchief in her hand. Everyone was stunned at that moment.

"Bia, when they came here, were they wearing these high-quality dresses at that time?"

I asked while looking at their attire. 

"No, my lady."

Bia answered.

"Then where they got those jewelry and dresses."

I asked.

"They ordered them from outside and told the merchant that the marquess's family would pay. We didn't have any choice but to accept their demand. If we didn't pay the merchant then the reputation of Marquess state would be bad."

Bia explained well while looking at them angrily. Everyone looked at each other and looked at their attire. Suddenly all of them came in front of me and knelt.

"We are sorry, my lady."

"We didn't know you were the little lady."

"We did the wrong thing."

"Please forgive us."

"We won't do anything like next time."

"Please give us a chance."

They shouted together.

"Shut up."

Bia shouted at them.

They stopped talking and started whispering to each other.

"Do you think she will forgive us?"

"What do you know? She is only a little girl. If we plead then she will be kind and forgive us."

"Yes and when she does that we will squeeze every penny from her."

"Mm. We will show her who the real owner of this estate is."

They thought she didn't hear and talked as if they had everything in their hand even though that was not theirs.

Do they think I am deaf? But sorry, I am not a kind little girl. What you did, you have to get results. Don't you think? I am not sparing them. I can kill them because they insulted a noble. But I won't kill them. It is the last mercy I can show them.

In the meantime, the guard captain and butler came together.

"Greetings, my lady."

A middle-aged old man greeted me.

"You don't have to. But I have a favor to ask you."

"What is it, my lady?"

"You have to clean dirty dust from my house."

When I said the line he looked at the people that was kneeling.

"What did they do, my lady?"

He asked curiously. As if he thought I was trying to show my power.

"They insulted me and my parents. Not only did they do that but also dreamed about taking their place and this entire marquisate."

Hearing me, everyone was surprised.

"We didn't."

They retaliate as if I am lying.

"Bia took the jewelry from them. They can keep the dress."

I ordered her.

"Yes, my lady."

Bia agreed with a triumphant smile. Then she took every piece of jewelry from them. They tried to stop her but it didn't work on her. 

"What are you doing? Let go of us."

They shouted.

"Guard captain, how many years did you become the guard of this estate?"

I asked coldly. He was startled listening to me.

"Ten years."

He replied while narrowing his eyes.

"Oh, that's why you are young?"

I mocked him seeing his slight hesitation.

"What do you mean by that?"

He asked slightly angrily. Both Bia and Butler were stunned hearing me.

"You don't even know the rules after staying in the manor for ten years. Then what can I say to you?"

I said with a heavy tone. The guard captain understood that I was talking about his clumsy behavior.

"I thought I would let them go but I won't now. They said in their own mouth that they don't have any blood relation to me. So put them in prison for insulting me and trying to kill me. I will go to ask them after I eat some food."

I said while glancing at them.

Other than Bia, the butler, and guard captain, everyone was startled and started to plead.

"My lady we are sorry."

"Please forgive us."

"We will go away from here and won't come back anymore."

They started to cry.

"Annoying. Butler, I don't think this guard captain will do a good job and put him in prison with them. So you have to do all the things I said. Also, if the guard captain is a good person and not a spy then he can stay, not as a captain but as a guard. But if he is a spy then Kill him."

I said cruelly and walked towards the stairs.

"My lady, what are you saying? Please take back what you said."

The guard captain said loudly as he was panicked.

"Bia, I am going to my room. Bring my food to my room."

I said and started walking.

"My lady. Please don't do this."

He shouted.

"I don't need people who disobey their master."

I said without looking behind and went straight to my room. After entering the room, I shut the door. Then sighed in relief. I didn't know I could also do this. I was nervous inside but didn't show them any of it. At that time I thought, if I become weak now then nothing will change. So I have to become strong and change myself. If I change myself then everything will be alright.

But when I changed and tried to become strong, I got the result I wanted. It truly helped me. So from now on, I will do what I want to do. No one can stop me anymore. I will become strong and get my revenge.

I am a noble lady and the head of this family now. If I become weak then the other people will walk over me as if I am nothing. If no one offends me, I won't offend them. But if someone offends me, then I will punish them. I won't spare anyone from now on who will offend me. 

I walked over to the bed and sat down. Suddenly I heard a knock from the outside.

"My lady, it's Bia."

"Come in."

"I came with your food."

"Give me."

She gave me the food tray and I kept it on the bed. Then grab a spoon and started to eat some food.

"My lady, you were cool."

When I heard Bia say this, I looked at her. She was so happy. I think I did a good job. Now those people will get punishment. I will also get some information from them. I thought I would let them go. But when I saw the hesitation on the guard captain, I thought there was something that was stopping to drive them away.

I have to find what it is that the guard captain is also hesitant. So I put them together in prison. Even though the guard captain tried so hard to hide his hesitation I felt that something was wrong. 

If I was the enemy then I would've also put some spy on the house of my enemy. So why won't my enemy won't put some of them in my house, when they want this property so much? Everything belongs to the emperor. So how can this Eleutherius estate belong to our family, even the emperor can't interfere with us. I have to know everything about it. I think there are more things to know about my state. 

Suddenly someone knocked on the door again. It was usually a gentle knock and I knew who was outside.

"Come in."

The head butler came inside hurriedly and said, "A letter came for you, my lady."
