The Silver God (2)

Akuro suddenly broke out into a crazed laughter.

"Go toe-to-toe with you?" The air suddenly became thick and cold. "I promise... I'll do much more than that."

Akuro raised his hand, and then Moorza froze, looking up. The sky was pitch black as far as the eyes could see, no clouds, no moon, no stars.

"How... there's no way..."

"This... is my world, foolish god!" Akuro roared before waving his hand downward. The entire sky seemed to collapse and rush downwards upon the earth, a blanket of darkness swallowing the world.

Moorza was violently struck and sent flying towards the earth, crushed between the wave of shadow the ground below. As the sky struck the world, everything for thousands and hundreds of thousands of miles was completely leveled to nothing. It was much like when Lilith had destroyed New York, but this was on a much, much larger scale, and was with much more effect. Not only the forests and cities, but even the mountains themselves were destroyed.

When Akuro's aura had faded out, he hunched over, panting from exhaustion. That attack had costed a lot of his aura, though it was replenishing quickly now. He'd be back at full strength within the next couple minutes. He grinned. He was certain no god could've survived that attack, it was the strongest move in his arsenal. Nothing could beat that.

"Are we... flexing now..?" Came a voice.

Akuro shivered, looking up.

Moorza stood, his clothes tattered and blood oozing from his body as black aura cling to him, eating away his aura. The god could barely rise to his feet and looked half dead, but his wounds were healing and he was regaining his aura quickly.

"If we are showing off.." Moorza growled, "how much destruction we can invoke.."

"How are you..?" Akuro asked, awestruck, but also, strangely, excited.

"I think I've got you beat!" The god roared, then Moorza rose his hand into the air, silver aura glowing high in night sky above him, creating a ring like a gateway.

Akuro's eyes widened and he shivered when he saw what was being pulled through the gateway. It was the moon.

Though Akuro felt fear rise up in him, he couldn't help but grin. It was the first real challenge he'd had in an extremely long time, and he intended to enjoy it.

"This is your world, maybe, but the sky is mine!" Moorza roared, and then the moon began to fall from the sky. It's size was more than something one could imagine or put into words, and as it appeared, the world went into chaos, everything was upset and the ground began to break apart and split as the two gravities fought one another. The surface of the moon also began to break apart into massive boulders and meteors that crashed into the earth, sending it into oblivion as shockwaves of fire and destruction were sent across the world's surface.

"This is it, Akuro! Your extinction!" Moorza cried as the moon grew ever closer.

'Can't exactly stop this attack...' Akuro thought. 'I'm gonna have to go defensive.'

Black aura enveloped Akuro's body in a sphere, a protective ball, and he did the same for Fort Ashira, covering it in his aura. As the moon crashed into the earth, the world's surface burned away and smoke and dust billowed into the sky and the land was split open and fire exploded in a shockwave across the land across the globe.

Black streaks of aura flashed through the moon, splitting it apart, and as it exploded open into a million pieces, large and small, Akuro burst into the air above it, the real moon's light casting an eerie glow over him as he flew into the sky.

"What?! You're alive?" Moorza asked, enraged and surprised.

"I won't go down that easy, bitch!" Akuro roared, flying down towards the god, the butt of his scythe crashing through Moorza's chest, skewering him. They both streamed towards the ground before impacting the red hot scorched earth, the impact creating ripples in the earth and sending boulders flying into the air as Moorza was pinned below Akuro, who then rose a hand into the air.

Akuro grinned as aura was sucked into his palm, creating an orb of condensed black energy. "Too bad you didn't kill me, huh?"

Akuro slammed his hand down, his Dark Implosion exploding outwards, but it was met with a similarly powered silver aura that fought back against it, the two swirling together chaotically before erupting forth and annihilating the earth, leaving nothing remaining in its wake.
