CHAPTER 67

Soon, an eagle arrives in their mansion and landed on the duke's window. The eagle knocks on the window using its beak. Clementine stands up and lets the eagle enters the room and rest on the small chair near the window. Looking at the eagle, Clementine sees a small necklace with a tube pendant around its neck.

He pulls it and gives the eagle a few nuts to eat. Leaning his back on the wall, Clementine casually opens the tube pendant and pulls the paper inside it. He silently reads the words written on the paper before crumpling them in his hands.

"Ronald Dresvil is now in the hands of Prince Lucien."

Duke Harrison slowly put his teacup back into its saucer. Then he closes his eyes and leans his back on the chair. Clementine did not say anything. He just quietly feeds the eagle and prepares a small cup of water for it.

"What is your next plan now?" Duke Harrison asked.
