CHAPTER 95

Lady Finnea just finished reading her new book. She heard Penelope mention this book earlier and asked their servant to bring her a copy of it. It was a children's fairytale about a lost princess who finds her way back home and becomes friends with a lot of people in the end. This kind of story is not her cup of tea, but Finnea thinks she has to know her new friend's taste so they can have more conversations in the future.

Maybe because it has been a long time since she talked with a young lady who has the same age as her, but Finnea truly enjoyed her time with Penelope earlier. At first, Finnea was still wary of Penelope. Although Finnea doesn't like going out too much, she still knows that people are talking behind her back. They are always judging Finnea based on her looks and the short moments they saw from her.
