Penelope becomes alert once again. She doesn't know who are those people. What if they are associated with their kidnappers? They don't have any strength to run away again especially if those people will use their horses to chase them. She cannot also tell if the young wizard with them can still fight.

While thinking of what to do next, Penelope hears someone calling her name in a desperate voice. In an instant, all the tension in her body disappeared after she heard that familiar voice. Soon, the horses are getting nearer and they can now see the faces of those people that approaching them fast.

When Clementine finally sees his daughter, he did not bother stopping his horse and quickly jumps off its back. When he did, Clementine staggers on his step but he quickly regains his balance. Then without giving attention to anyone, he runs towards Penelope and envelopes her in his arms.
