<p>Today is the party that King Lucas held for Penelope's birthday. Although the king is the one who asked her about this party, it was still Prince Lucien who mostly organized everything to make it happen. He is the one who sent the invitations, ordered the decorations for the party, and planned what dishes are to be served for tonight's party.</p>

<p>When Prince Lucien told her that the prince will organize the party, Penelope almost begged the king and the other people to plan for the party as long as it was not her older cousin. It's because Prince Lucien gave her a little scare by saying he changed the party's concept into a duckling-themed celebration. To make it more realistic, he even showed her a fake invitation with feathers and a drawing of a duckling clipped inside of it. Prince Lucien also added that he commissioned a few wizards to make several duckling decorations that they can put on display inside the party hall.</p>
