In each dormitory, there is a special room for the students to practice their elemental powers. It wasn't as large as the arena, and the equipment was limited, but it was enough to be used as a normal practice.
Arlon used the room for his practice. Even into the night, he was still training hard. He made a giant boulder out of his element. The stone was taller than him and certainly heavier and thicker.
Then, with his sword, he swung with all his might until he could cut the stone. He had been doing it for hours, but the nicks he did were not deep enough.
His breath was on the verge, but Arlon clenched his fists and smashed into the rock causing it to crack. "Still not enough," he growled angrily.
"What an unyielding person." Leaning at the entrance with a smile is a hooded student.
"Tsk, it's you again. Just go away! Don't bother me!" he throws him out.
