Darkness in the Academy

In the valley, they stared at each other, while Gerlon smiled feeling that his deepest wish was about to come true.

While Egon was sleeping in his comfortable hut, Gerlon suggested going deeper into the forest, because he was sure there was a mystery that he had been looking for all this time.

Relying on his memories, Gerlon follows a path where previously there was a mysterious trail.

"When I followed this trail, I felt an unpleasant feeling as if it was trying to penetrate into my soul. And I thought, wouldn't that be the same as the effect of approaching the Dark Abyss?" said Gerlon during the trip.

Ashnard was surprised and cast a glance at Liliya. "How do you know?"

"Well, there are a lot of people who bravely want to experience it for themselves, and then write a book to share their experience," Gerlon replied.

Gerlon stopped, followed by the others at a dead end. The back of the forest was nothing but a cliff wall hundreds of feet high.
