Seeing his older cousin's reaction, Hemeri Van Hale simply chuckled once again. "What's with that look?" He playfully asked.

"You can't be serious!" Owine Varence suddenly exclaimed, practically blinking his eyes! "That's total nonsense!"

"Why is it nonsense?" Hemeri shrugged. "I'm free to give a try."

"Hemeri, you..." Owine did not even know how to continue and he ended up sighing once again. "This is really absurd," was the only thing he managed to say as he shook his head, disbelief and helpless.

Still, Hemeri wasn't fazed by it. He even found his cousin's response amusing! "Don't worry and just watch, cousin," he confidently said as he rose to leave. "I have a feeling that I will be able to ease your concern while also fulfilling my plan in the process." He flashed a little smile and left the tent, giving Owine no chance to speak.

Crown Prince Owine looked at the food on the plate before he shifted his gaze to the now empty exit.
