After a tough debate inside his mind, Crown Prince Hemeri ended up forcing a smile. "Just some business, Mother," he said and added, "I will tell you about it later."
Empress Aleida could tell that something was wrong but she still nodded her head without insisting.
"Do you really come here just because of me, Mother?" The Crown Prince promptly asked with a pleasant smile on his face. "Do you have no other business?"
Aleida Van Hale nodded her head once again and a menacing smile suddenly appeared on her face. "After reading that letter... it won't be right if I don't come. Don't you think so, son?"
Immediately recalling the letter he wrote to his mother several days ago, the Crown Prince let out a sigh. "You know I do that randomly," he said. "Had I known that it will bring you here, I would not have written it."
