Lin Yi glanced at the back of his hand and saw that the tape from the IV was still stuck there.

"Just a small incident, I went to get an IV."

"An IV?"

Yan Ci's expression changed. "With your physical condition, it shouldn't be that serious. What happened?"

"Don't make a fuss," Lin Yi said.

"I got slashed, needed a few stitches, and just had an anti-inflammatory shot."

"Slashed?"

Yan Ci turned anxiously, "What happened? Let me see. Why didn't you tell me earlier? If I had known, I wouldn't have let you come out."

"It's fine, I'm almost fully healed, otherwise I wouldn't be driving," Lin Yi said.

"You said you wanted to buy clothes. Where do you want to go? I'll take you there."

"Are you sure you're okay?" Yan Ci asked, still worried.
