Sean had never claimed to be a nice person. The week after Isaac kicked him out, he would even go so far as to say he was downright unbearable. He tried to keep himself locked in the home gym, the intense workouts the only thing that would thoroughly distract him. But he did have to emerge for work and food.
The photographers were fed up with his performance; he wasn’t able to sink into the pliable headspace needed for the poses, and he had little patience for their whims.
He even snapped at Luna while she practiced the make-up designs for the different pieces in the collection.
The worst, though, was Hannah, the PR manager, catching him after a disaster of a photoshoot and stopping him in the hall. “Sean, just wanted to check in. You and Isaac haven’t made any appearances in two weeks.”
He dragged a hand over his face. His irritation was already high after being played with like a doll by the photographer, this was the last thing he needed.
