Book Of Ideas

[I read this one fanfic one time and really liked the premise, i think it was called youtuber in one piece or something, but i found out there was nothing similar to in this site, so searched other sites and found nothing actually good so i thought why not make one, a fanfic where mc can travel worlds with a live-stream system, the live-stream will then stream to the websites in the modern world where the system protects the stream so that the government can't take it down, even if they can take down the website it will still show up. The system missions should also be shown publicly where the fans and viewers can vote on which powers the mc will get, but the mc can still get his with points that he will get everytime someone watches his stream, He can also go back to the modern world but the duration depends on the votes, because it would be funny if their government get scared of him.]
