Book Of Ideas

[I have not posted an idea for a while but this one has been bugging me for a while, why do i never find a puppet master oriented novel or fanfic, so i was thinking, a puppeteer who likes pranking other people, other characters who were originally the mc in the case of fanfic, but normal characters in the case of original novel is okay too, he would be able to control stings, many varying capabilities depending on the material it is made out of, it would be better if he was op in the case of fanfic but it would be better if he was only a bit op in the case of original novel so he could have a bit of challenge, in terms of appearance he could be a tall guy about 8 foot just about high that anyone would have to look up to him and wearing a top hat, the other details would be up to you]

(Sorry for the declining rate of updates but i have been getting quite busy and also the fact that when i post an idea i don't like it when other people have already made it or i would be reading it, but don't worry about me dropping this idea book of mine, i will never exceed 2 weeks of no posting, that you can be sure)
