The fourteenth Idea

[This is an idea of mine i had a long time ago, when i think of powers like conqueror's haki i think why does everyone only use it for the cannon fodder why does no one actively strengthen it's power so i thought of an mc or Oc where he has some kind of domain type ability where everywhere he goes it follows him as he is it's center where the closer someone is to the center the harder it is to move further with weaker ones dying, it could have effects like increased gravity, time dilation, loss of senses, etc., the method of increasing it's power and acquiring more abilities will be by killing or training, he could also have a a status panel to keep track of his abilities and strength]
