18th Idea [Necromancer's Domain]

[This idea just popped up in my head, it may be possible that is has already been made.

An mc where he is a necromancer but with a twist, he can't use spells, the undead just automatically get raised when a dead body or soul is in the domain of the mc, he does not have a limit to how many he can raise, the area of the domain will be increased by absorbing sin, so that the mc will not just randomly kill innocent people to get stronger, the stronger the sinner and the greater the sin the greater the improvement, the raised undead will also have many varieties like liches, death knights, undead maids(to take care of him, no harem preferably), etc.]
