Imminent Danger

"Is this really happening? Does this psychopath in the service of evil really have superpowers?» In the Metropolis Star Lab, a scientist is scared to death.

In one of the secure sections of the laboratory, Lex Luthor, who usually pulls the strings away from the danger, is making his way by brute force through the hallway, destroying armored doors after each other.

In no time an alarm is triggered which makes an old man currently smile in front of the super villain.

"Superman won't come and save you if that's what makes you feel safe"

The scientist gradually takes a heavier expression and questions Lex:

"What do you mean?"

"It's simple, first he won't save you because all the signals sent or received have been jammed for 20 minutes, second he won't do anything for you because you're already dead ahah!" The next second the scientist collapses,

not knowing how he got killed.

'Well here I am in possession of kryptonite, this entity could have given me the memories of lex luthor I would not have had to look for any more. ' thinks Peter standing in front of a green rock.

"Mr Luthor, we don't have time to steal everything, what should we take?" A tall brown man exclaimed, followed by a team of 12.

"Kryptonite is our only goal here." Lex and his team left quickly.

On the top floor of the building belonging to the Daily Planet, Jimmy Olsen shares the incident, shows the photos he took at Star Lab and explains to Lois and Clark what he learned from one of his police informants:

'Well, earlier in the afternoon the lab was attacked by very efficient and ruthless people, they cut off all means of communication from and from Star Lab, we started their operation which was aimed at, hang on...

...of kryptonite.

They killed everyone, erased all traces of their passage, no records or a single fingerprint remained, and left, the time they took was estimated to be between 10 and 15 minutes."

Laws after listening attentively answered without much enthusiasm: "Jimmy, all the kryptonite is currently already held by Superman and some criminals, there are none in any laboratory for a long time.

Plus, why do you seem so captivated by it, just a new group of criminals wanting to make a place for themselves in Metropolis, on a day like any other."

"Actually, Lois, Superman left some in the hands of select groups to study." Go ahead, Clark, pull up his glasses falling out of his nose.

"Right, but that's not all, at least one of the people involved in the burglary is strong, very strong."

"Strong as a human meta, or rather like General Zod?"

"Even stronger, Clark! You see, the kryptonite being what it is, the lab made sure that they could protect it first, according to my informant, Superman himself would have a hard time coping with security measures."

Clark was starting to take the event more seriously when he heard that.

As for Lois, she looked at her husband with trepidation, her instinct whispering to her that something really bad was going to happen.
