Shukashima POV

Later that night...I woke up to get a glass of water.

I went downstairs... getting the water. I was heading back upstairs when I heard a noise from outside...

I knew it was an Xvictim

"well guess they don't sleep either"I said to myself and turned to head upstairs... suddenly I heard a bang on the door...the Xvictim was trying to break in...I quickly ran upstairs and woke up Daniel.

Telling him what was going on...he headed to the living room,goes to the couch and slides out a hidden drawer,in it were guns,flame throwers and some blades..."hurry and wake the others" He instructed...I quickly woke up Veronica,Silva and Bridget.

"What's going on"Bridget asked me..."I think we are under attack by an Xvictim"I replied.

she looked at me in shock..."but Those creatures don't have enough strength to break in here...there body are a bit 2 fragile to punch through a metal door"she added still confused on how it was possible for it to attack.

We all got to the living room...Daniel gave us each a gun to defend ourself with...then we heard a loud bang,the garage door just came off..."hurry,we will use the fire escape"

Daniel said...we ran to the fire escape just on the roof of the garage..."how are we going to leave...the truck is in the garage"Veronica said and we all began thinking..."first we head down...some of us will keep the Xvictims occupied and Silva will go in and get the truck"Daniel said and assured us we will all be alright.

We got our weapons ready and went down the fire escape...

"Die Moda fuckers"Silva screamed and we started shooting at the creatures, they were many.

We took a number of them and began terminating them one by one.

Daniel was the first to run out of bullets... then threw his gun at one of the Xvictims climbing to where he was and brought out his blade...he started lashing out at the influenzas one by one...Daniel swung his blade aggressively.

I was barely holding up my own...I knew the wasn't any good on them...so I took out the flame thrower Daniel gave me...I burnt most of the creatures I was fighting...

I let my guard down and was about to be attacked from behind by the Xvictims..it leaped at me having pushed forward it's head to bite me,then Bridget shoot it in mid air and dashed at it cutting off it's head...

"thanks...where did you learn how to use a blade like that?"I asked Bridget as I grabbed the hands of a creature that tried to hit me...I flipped it over and stepped on it's chest as Bridget rushed in and cut off it's head.

"Daniel taught me after he saved me when I was about to be eaten by some of those things"she replied making a face.

We all kept the influenzas off..."how many of these things are here...we need to make an opening for Silva to get the truck"Veronica said and continued shooting .

"Silva get ready to run in and get the truck...Bridget and Veronica take care of the Xvictims at the garage door path... Shukashima and I will back you up"

Daniel ordered and threw a grenade at the creatures close to the door..."move now"he said and we all began firing and slicing at them...I was feeling a bit disgusted seeing organs coming out of them...but kept in mind that if I don't fight I might get killed.

We finally got into the garage...Silva went in and got the truck started... Veronica and Bridget got in after...Daniel and I were still holding off the x influenza victim trying to get in..."quickly get in"Veronica said and pulls in Daniel and I...

Silva drove forward crushing some of the creatures in front of us...

"where do we go now"Bridget asked..."I suggest we head to veronica's shack"I said but Silva opposed saying the road to her place is crawling with Xvictims.."and as it's dark we may not be able to see them"he added.

I looked out the window and saw some of the zombie like influenza creatures chasing us...I alerted everyone and we all got our weapons ready... Daniel opened the back of the truck and told us all to fire at them...I ran out of gas in my flame thrower...I sat to rest cause I had no more fire power to continue attacking.

We got to a bump and because Silva saw it late and didn't slow down on time it made the truck bounce up a little... Veronica and Daniel both fell backwards into the truck but Bridget was falling forward... Daniel quickly held unto her leg while Veronica held unto Daniel while holding unto the truck's chair..."hold on Bridget... quickly Veronica pull us in"Daniel said and tried to pull them in. suddenly one of the creatures leaped at Bridget...I quickly picked up the sword Daniel had and dived at the Creature..I was able to cut off from it's nose Down it's jaw...it stumbled and fell and got stepped on by other creatures like it attacking us...I quickly helped Veronica and Daniel pull Bridget in...Bridget got up and hugged Daniel...he told her to go sit down while I, Veronica and him handle it...

Silva tells us to shut the door and hold on to something saying he is heading for a tight curve...I closed the door and quickly held on to a rod welded firmly at the top corner of the truck...

We made the curve and managed to send some creatures crashing to a wall by the side...Daniel then takes out a box.. opening it he brought out six grenades..."quickly takes these and toss at them...luckily we will be able to reduce the number of them attacking us

"Daniel said and gave each to us...I opened the door and saw the number of x influenza victims chasing us had increased..."just how many of these are here"I asked..."well alot of people around here got infected"Daniel replied and threw his grenade...the blast sent some parts flying around and some went into the truck.

We all threw our grenades and immediately locked the door...one of them was thrown a little close to the truck and the blast gave the truck a little boost.

"Daniel we are getting close to the bridge...we need to do something"Silva said...I watched as Daniel got lost in his thoughts..."head for the bridge...we will try to lose them in the water"Daniel said.
