"Josh, they took my baby," I said to my brother, who had caught up to me trying to bring me away from there. The woman got out of the car panicked. It seems she did not expect them to notice her too soon.
"Give me my baby," I shouted at her, trying to get out of Josh's grip.
"Back off. All of you," the lady shouted, holding the baby in one hand and a gun in the other. My heart dropped.
I didn't expect that outcome. My mind was all on getting Ethan. I didn't want anything to happen to him.
"Please, my child is only hours old. He has not done anything to you" I tried to reason with her in between sobs. I could not speak properly. My body was becoming weak. My face was covered in tears; I could feel it sticky and rigid. I didn't care all about my image. All I wanted was for the kid to be okay.
"If you want your son to be alright, better ask these men to get away" the woman turned to me cocking her gun and pointing to the child.
