One of my nails dug into my palm. I looked to the person on my left, slightly worried, yet I was only met with a calm and patient expression.
The professor continued, “We try to avoid the typical scenario that this gear calls for, scenarios such as the one we are currently preoccupied with.”
“Yet you’ve failed to mention its purpose.” I spoke.
