Childhood Friend

While we're going home, I asked her; "So... Eunhice?", Eunhice looked at me with a curious face.

"I really thought you went home already, I'm sorry I didn't look for you." Dang it! Why am I saying this like she's my couple or something?!

She replied; "Umm.. To be honest, I stayed in class because Alexie told me to stay since she'll ask me about what happened to us on Lunch Break earlier. That's why I didn't get to go home early as I was supposed to be". I didn't even notice her!

"Really? I didn't even notice you earlier!",

"You weren't paying attention to your other classmates at all, don't you?" She told me with a scary beautiful face,

I then said; "Hehe, I apologize", I'm really sorry Eunhice! I was too focused on the two idiot friends of mine!

"I told Alexie that you're my new friend, and she was very happy about it. She's aware that she's the only friend I have, until earlier... One friend, plus one friend equals to two friends, right?" I'm smiling while she said all that, I guess I'm blushing a bit aswell. I then replied; "Hmm... Yeah, yes it does". But I do wonder though, why won't she try making friends with others?

"I'm glad though, you came up to talk to me, personally, I can't do that myself. I'm too shy to talk with others since I didn't really have that many friends when I was younger, I only had one friend on middle school and junior high school. She was the only one that approached me and talked to me, I remember clearly, the first time she talked to me, she admired how I looked, she told me I looked cute, no one had ever told me that except for her. Until now, she's my friend!" She stopped talking and looked down after saying all of that and said; "U-um!! I apologize for talking too much! Please forgive me!" Bruhhhhh... She stopped talking just for that? I replied; "Ehh?? No-no! I'm listening!".

"A-alright then... that one friend I had was-" I interrupted her; "It was Alexie, right? That one childhood friend you're talking about, it's Alexie" She looked at me and smiled then replied; "Yes, exactly. And U-um, Daniel...", I blushed and asked; "Yes Eunhice?".

"We're here" she said, I stopped walking for a moment and gazed at their huge house that looks like a mansion-, NO! THIS IS A MANSION! Seriously, they must be rich! I'm really impressed.

"Daniel? Daniel! Why didn't you follow me? Your uniform! Y-you're all wet! Ahhh!". Oh yeah, I forgot that it was still raining, I spaced out of nowhere.
