Naruto's Apartment

Sasuke opened the door to discover Naruto feeding his chakra into someone as Naruto spots Sasuke and says "Wait a few minutes teme, I'm with a client" as Sasuke waits outside when the couple leaves he enters the room again and asks "Who the hell were they? Since when do you have clients?"

"That doesn't matter, what are you doing here?" asks Naruto.

"I needed to talk to you but...I can talk to you tomorrow. You seem busy," says Sasuke.

"Nah it's alright, sit down teme," says Naruto offering the seat beside him.

"I have some news," says Sasuke.

"She's pregnant? You better take good care of her teme," says Naruto.

"I'm infertile, Orochimaru's drugs killed my sperm," says Sasuke when he feels something warm and realises Naruto is hugging him and he asks "Oi, what are you doing dobe?" feeling a bit embarrassed.

"I'm so sorry I couldn't stop you all those years back then," says Naruto, his face riddled with guilt as tears dripped from his cheeks.

"That was my choice not yours and I'm paying the consequences," says Sasuke giving Naruto a weak smile that anyone could see through.

"But I should have stopped you," says Naruto.

"Perhaps its for the best after everything that's happened after all," says Sasuke sighing sadly.

"Wait there is a way that the Uchiha Clan can continue," says Naruto.

"What is it?" asks Sasuke, hope filling his eyes.

"You're not going to like it," says Naruto.

"Is it about that couple that walked out of your apartment?" asks Sasuke curriously.

"Yeah, they're both infertile but they're having a baby," says Naruto.

"Both of them? Are you talking about Adoption? No offence but that doesn't really count as continuing the Uchiha Clan," says Sasuke irritated.

"Nope, remember that jutsu I invented? The one everyone says is useless?" asks Naruto smirking.

"Wait... no fucking way...The Sexy Jutsu?..." starts Sasuke.

"Yep, when I use is I completely swap out my male reproductive organs for female ones," says Naruto smirking.

"So I could use that jutsu and get preg..." starts Sasuke before thinking 'Wait what the fuck am I thinking? I'm a man. I can't get pregnant!'

"Yeah," says Naruto when it hits Sasuke.

"Wait, how the fuck do you know it works?" shouts Sasuke disturbed as he then asks "You didn't..."

"What?" asks Naruto confused.

"You know..." starts Sasuke.

"Wait what? No! Someone saw me use the jutsu and wanted me to teach him, he used it and got raped, he should've been more careful," says Naruto.

"Did he give birth?" asks Sasuke.

"No, he undid the jutsu and died," says Naruto.

"What?" asks Sasuke alarmed.

"When used in this manner this jutsu is extremely dangerous, undoing the transformation not only killed the child but him as well due to the child not having space in the person anymore to develop and appearing in the space available causing the child to dies while giving the person massie injuries and internal bleeding, so if you make the decision you have to give birth to the child first before turning back or you'll die," says Naruto.

"This is extremely risky," says Sasuke reconsidering the choice.

"That's why I recommend a partner to go through this with, they can replenish your chakra so you don't run out and come to me for chakra every week, these are the only ways to reduce the risks as much as possible," says Naruto brightly.

"I see, so that's why they were here, so the pregnant one wouldn't run out of chakra and revert back to normal," says Sasuke starting to understand the whole process.

"Teme, aside from people finding me on their own and insisting on it, I would never recommend this to anyone unless there was no other choice and the child was for some reason vital, like the continuation of a clan like the uchiha in this case or a heir to fortune or something," says Naruto.

"Is Kakashi allowing you to do this?" asks Sasuke suspecting Naruto.

"Hey I run a respectable business," says Naruto.

"So that's a yes?" asks Sasuke.

"...No...but Granny Tsunade cleared it as okay as long as I tell them the risks like I just did with you," says Naruto as he then says "There haven't been any mishaps so everyone who's entered has been fine and there have been five successful births & regrettably 2 abortions."

"This would be humiliating for me," says Sasuke as he sighs thinking 'I'm going to regret this.'

"Your choice, not mine," says Naruto as Sasuke sighs.

"So how much is this service," asks Sasuke.

"100,000 Ryo," says Naruto.

"What!" shouts Sasuke thinking 'If it costs that much and he's had 7 clients, this dobe must be rich.'

"What?" asks Naruto.

"Is that the regular price?" asks Sasuke.

"The regular price is 75,000 Ryo," says Naruto.

"Why do I have to pay more?" complains Sasuke thinking 'What is this bullshit!'

"50,000 for me teaching the jutsu & 25,000 for my chakra therapy," says Naruto.

"The why do I have to pay an extra 25,000 Ryo?" shouts Sasuke.

"Cause you're obviously not going to partner up with anyone so I'll have to pick up the slack," says Naruto in an annoyed tone.

"Hn," says Sasuke about to leave thinking 'I can't afford it so it's not worth it.'

"Fine, 85,000?" asks Naruto and Sasuke turns back smiling and shakes his hand thinking 'I can just barely afford it.'

"Deal," says Sasuke.

"Come on, let's start training," says Naruto as Sasuke turns on his Sharingan and thinks 'It's the dobe, the jutsu should be simple enough' as Naruto transforms and Sasuke thinks 'Wait a second, why the fuck is the jutsu so complex? The dobe thought this up? Him?' as Naruto says "This jutsu took me years to figure out so it's not easy to learn."

Sasuke began and after 30 minutes he performed the jutsu and said in a feminine voice "As always my jutsu's better than yours" as Naruto sees a naked female Sasuke with D-Cup breasts and a slim and thin body shape as Naruto lay on the ground back to normal with a nosebleed as Sasuke pours water all over him as he wakes up to find a fully dressed female Sasuke and realises he feels a little disappointed at that. "So...rry...my bad," says Naruto still blushing profusely.

"So what's next?" asks Sasuke.

"You have to conceive," says Naruto.

"I thought that was about right," says Sasuke.

"Do you want anyone to know about this?" asks Naruto.

"No," says Sasuke.

"We should tell Sakura-Chan in case something happens," says Naruto.

"I guess there's no harm in that," says Sasuke cautiously.

With Team 7(-Kakashi)

Sasuke and Naruto appear at Sakura's office and knock as Sakura says "Come in!" as they enter the room.

Sakura turned to see Sasuke as a girl as she yelped in confusion and shouts "Is that you Sasuke-Kun?"

"Yes," says Sasuke.

"I see, is this your doing Naruto?" asks Sakura in anger.

"Sasuke agreed to it," says Naruto.

"Is this true?" asks Sakura dissapointed.

"Yes," says Sasuke as Sakura thinks 'How long have I been in love with him...I mean her, this is the path she chose, I'll respect that' as she looks at Naruto and thinks 'And how long has he been in love with me? All three of us are pretty stuborn in our ways huh...why did I even fall in love with Sasuke in the first place?' as she remembers all the horrible moments and rejection she faced and thinks 'I guess I'll be moving on first' as Naruto & Sasuke body flicker away.

At Sasuke's House

Naruto and Sasuke appeared at the front door as Naruto says to Sasuke "Before you go around sleeping with guys get used to your female body, maybe wait a few days, my first client was a bit haisty and got into some trouble remember?"

"Was he gay or something?" asks Sasuke.

"I dunno," says Naruto as Sasuke opens the door and enters his house Naruto turns around back turns back again as he starts "Hey Sasuke?..." when Sasuke turns around and Naruto steps forward but trips, as he lands on top of Sasuke as their lips connect and Naruto thinks 'This again? Seriously?' but Sasuke is thinking 'This dobe' but as Naruto begins to retract Sasuke pulls him in thinking 'Wait? What am I doing' as Sasuke releases for a second as Naruto starts "What the hell are you doing?" but Sasuke ends up on top of him who's thinking 'I should be listening to my instincts, a child with Naruto, that would be a great start for my clan.'

"Just work with me," says Sasuke as she takes off her shirt to reveal she hadn't been wearing any bras as Naruto gets a nosebleed.

"Are you serious about this?" asks Naruto.

"Yeah," says Sasuke as she takes off her pants.

Naruto takes off his pants and says "Last chance to stop, don't blame me for what happens next."

"Well, I'll see you teme," says Naruto sadly putting on his pants and body flickering away.

"Damn it," says Sasuke as he thought 'I didn't mean it like that, arrgh, what am I supposed to do now?'
