The Black Dragon: Valethar

This is an additional chapter, I have made this a separate chapter because the things this chapter shows happened before the demon-human war started. Also, there's mostly dialogue in this so it could have interrupted the writing style in the other chapters.

I was in the forest right now, hiding because I was now wanted in the Ronze kingdom was a reason but right now my goal was something else.

Since I read that book [Myths of magical beasts] I was curious about something.

In that book was mentioned a magical beast named black dragon. From the way it was described, it was just like a summon I added to my game. If that was sure then there was a spell I wanted to test.

It was the spell to summon the black dragon. If I can use this spell then I can use the black dragon to scare the soldiers in war as this black dragon was feared as a strong and evil creature.

"Summoning magic: [Greater magical beast]" I chanted.

A big magic circle appeared on the ground in front of me and shone in pink.

Before the magic circle could be complete, lightning bolts started appearing around the circle with the sound of thunder.

Suddenly another magic circle appeared beneath my feet and in a flash, my surroundings became pitch black.

All the sounds stopped and all the light vanished.

I was teleported somewhere, I could tell that for sure.

I was starting to get a grasp of what happened but then I felt warm air touching my back.

I turned around to see what it was; the thing that was behind was not clearly visible as there was not a single ray of light there. But whatever it was, it was a living creature because I was able to see its eyes which were shining in dark purple colour.

[Are you the one who dares to summon me? The Great black dragon! The one, all people fear!]

I heard a voice in my head, it was a deep, heave, and low-pitched voice. It was clear that he was using telepathy, I'm not that dumb. And yes, he was the black dragon, he said that himself.

Then I guess in order to talk to him I have to think strongly about what I want to say?

'Umm, yes… I was trying to summon you before you summoned be instead.'

[Do you not fear me?]

'How can I fear a thing I have never seen or met before?'

[Kakahahah… you are a strange one I see.]

'Well, you can say that.'

[For what purpose do you want to summon a being such as myself?]

'Ah shit! He has such a self-centered personality!'

[What do you mean by that!?]

'Nothing nothing, I wasn't referring to you.'

Esh! I have to be careful or he'll read my mind.

After that I explained to him the whole situation, how this war can turn into a second Great War; Of course, I didn't tell him things like my meeting with Aki or that I'm a reincarnate.

[Hmm, this is indeed a serious situation. I was alive at the time when the Great War happened; it was a bloody and horrifying war.]

'So? Will you help me to stop this war?'

'Calling you black dragon is weird, what's your real name? I'm Haruto by the way.'
