No Love For Another Woman

IN THE RESTAURANT

"Ruth are you okay!?? You have been so quiet since we left the office." Jeanohntae looked worried.

Ruth came out of her daze when she heard Jeanohntae's words. "Oh! I'm fine. I just never thought you would ever say anything like that."

Jeanohntae started to laugh. "Honestly, I would never say anything like that. I only do when someone is being disrespectful."

Ruth sighed. "But still, I'm sorry you had to see that wicked woman's true colors. She ruined your mood."

Jeanohntae who was eating, put her utensils down and wiped the side of her mouth. "Who is she anyways!?? Is she really Christian woman!??" Jeanohntae was curious.

Thinking Jeanohntae was in doubt if Christian, she quickly answered. "Oh god no! That woman and Mr. Maddox broke up long ago. She still clings to him like a little puppy. He tried many ways to get rid of her, but she always worms her way back."

Jeanohntae and Ruth started laughing. Jeanohntae's mood was slowly improving. "Okay. Let's eat and we'll go get ice cream down the road."

Ruth stared at Jeanohntae and smiled happily. "Madam you are really nice and kind.I am glad Mr. Maddox has found you. He has never smiled with anyone the way he does with you." Ruth was really happy.

AT THE OFFICE

Anna was still screaming. "I cannot believe you chose her over me!"

Christian was getting more irritated. "I have never chose her over you."

Anna eyes had a little happiness after hearing his words. "So does that mean you still choose me!??" Anna had misunderstood his words.

Christian glared at Anna. "No. Because she has always been in my heart from day 1. You were never an option for me. It has always been her. No one has my heart but her. Get it through your head."

Anna was on the verge of tears. "What do you mean!?? Is she really your first love!?? She said she has known you for years. I haven't heard you mention her before. Is it true!??"

Christian sighed with irritated. "Of course it's true. She knew me longer than you have. I have known her since I was 5 and she was 4. She is not my first love, she is my only love. She is the only woman I have ever loved."

Anna started crying. "Are you saying that you never loved me!??"

"I have been trying to tell you that for 2 years. I was never in love with you. You wanted a chance so I gave you. But I never loved anyone else but her." Christian was trying to stay calm. The only time he became calm is when he thought of Jeanohntae.

Anna got furious again started yelling. Again. "NO! I am not gonna let you go. No one can have you but me. I will not let that B*TCH have you!"

"ENOUGH!" Christian had finally yelled when Anna called Jeanohntae a B*tch. Anna was scared that she backed up. "I will no longer entertain this conversation. Leave now or I will have security throw you out."

Anna has never seen Christian so angry. "I'm sorry. Please, don't leave me. You're all I have." She tried to walk to Christian but he stopped her.

He glared at Anna and yelled. "GET OUT!"

Anna stormed out of the office and left. She swore in her heart that she will take Christian back.

'I will not let no other woman take Christian away from me.' Anna cursed in her heart.

AT THE ICE CREAM SHOP

Jeanohntae and Ruth were enjoying themselves eating ice cream when Ruth got a phone call.

Jeanohntae could not hear who was on the other line, so she just waiting patiently eating her ice cream.

"Hello!?? Yes sir. We'll be right there." Ruth hung up. She sighed and looked at Jeanohntae. I'm sorry to ruin our fun moment, but Mr. Maddox asked for us to come back."

Jeanohntae smiled because she still had fun. "It's okay, we should head back anyways." Jeanohntae and Ruth got up to leave, but Jeanohntae stopped and thought she should bring Christian something for letting her use his card. "Ruth, what kind of ice cream does Christian eat!?? The last I remember, he would always eat Rocky Road with caramel drizzle."

Ruth smiled at her question. "That is correct, he still eats that very same ice cream. Come to think of it, you also ordered that very same ice cream. Do you two like the same ice cream!??"

Jeanohntae just blushed at Ruth's comment. "Yea, we usually like the same ice cream and tea. Chamomile. But the only difference between the two of us is he likes coffee and I can't stand the smell. It makes me want to throw up." Ruth started laughing.

After receiving Christian's ice cream, they head back to the office. As Jeanohntae were walking in to the building with Christian's ice cream in one hand, and Ruth clingy to the other. The people were staring at her again. When they got into the elevator, Jeanohntae wanted to ask Ruth a question. "Why do people stare at me when I walk into this place!??"

Ruth started laughing. "Because you walked into the building with the CEO. Everyone has tried to get close to him, but sadly. He pushes everyone away. So when they saw a beautiful young lady walk beside the mysterious boss, they can't help but talk. He has never shown his face to the public, only at certain events. But it's okay though, you are kind and very beautiful. I'm sure they will warm up to you." Ruth had a sincere look on her face.

They entered the office and found Christian standing at his desk waiting impatiently. When they walked in. Christian had a frown on his face. The girls quickly stopped giggling. "Ruth, give us a minute please."

"Yes sir." Ruth let go of Jeanohntae's hand and walked out.

"Chris, are you okay!??" Jeanohntae looked worried. She tried to cheer up Christian, so she smiled. "Here, I brought you some ice cream."

Christian took the ice cream and placed it on the table. "Where have you been!?? I was worried."

"I'm sorry. After we ate, we went to get ice cream, and I brought you some." Jeanohntae apologize with a beautiful smile.

Christian's face softened and then he smiled as well. "Let's continue where we left off shall we." Without waiting for a response. Christian held Jeanohntae by the waist and pulled her closer to him. He leaned in and gave Jeanohntae a passionate kiss. Jeanohntae's eyes widened, but she closed it as she was enjoying their first kiss together.

Christian pulled back to give Jeanohntae time to breathe. He cupped her face and smiled. "I love you Jeanohntae. I have missed you for so long."

Jeanohntae blushed at his words, but she could not tell him those words back just yet. Jeanohntae knew in her heart that she loved him, but she could not say it.

"Okay, now eat your ice cream before it melts." Jeanohntae pulled Christian's arm to make him sit. She picked up the spoon and was feeding him.

He smiled at her. He was enjoying being fed by Jeanohntae. 'No other woman can ever compare to her. She is gorgeous.' Christian said to himself.

His heart was melting every second they spend together.
