After a while a boom in Joseph body could be heard as the core gives back the energy to Joseph body, while still absorbing new energy that was coming in.

After the spiritual energy travel throughout his body, Joseph body started to strength. His muscles became more define and the energy containing in his body was more that a hundred times than before signifying that the breakthrough has ended.

And just like that Joseph reach the Golde Core Realm early stage.

but instead of opening eyes the energy started gathering more.
