"Miss Taylor, could you explain why your self-defense weapon was made of silver?" Heloise sat on the sofa with her arms folded and tilted her head to look at Susie with a strong aura.


Susie was silent. Heloise's eyes were cold and she sneered.


"Last question, Miss Taylor, did my master touch anything he shouldn't before he got injured?"


Susie couldn't afford the consequences of losing Kain's trust. She decided to keep the secret about verbena powder.


"I don't know. I've been  stayed in my bedroom." Susie answered calmly.


Heloise seemed to have lost patience. She stood up from the sofa, squinted at Susie, and asked coldly, "Miss Taylor, I won't punish you. But from now on, you're not allowed to approach Kain."
