"Well done, Arabella."
"Thank you, young master Sirius," Ji-ho replied.
Healer Borm stood by awkwardly as Arabella glanced at him and turned back to the young man. "Why don't we schedule surgery for you in the morning?"
Sirius smiled. "I'm amenable to it, healer Arabella."
Ji-ho then turned to Borm.
"You'll cut him open and I'll supervise."
Borm's mouth fell open like he wanted to refuse but there was no way to say it without displeasing Arabella, whose precious recipe he wanted. Instead of answering, he looked to Sirius.
"Arabella, the deal was that you'd be doing the surgery," Sirius informed her with smiling narrowed eyes.
"Did I say that?" Ji-ho made an act of trying to recall. "No, I didn't. My exact words were that I would help master Borm with the treatment, which is what I'll be doing, young master."
Knowing he'd been had, Sirius cast his gaze skywards. "Why do I feel like I'm back in court?" He asked.
