Apocalypse Descends [6]

"These creatures seemed to rely too much on their instincts that they thoroughly ignored things around them." Kanzen assumed, studying the zombie's characteristics and behavior to learn more about them.

His gaze falls towards the direction of the next, the nearest zombie. Seeing that this zombie has yet to regain its stance, a thought pop-up in Kanzen's mind. He gathered his strength towards his legs and foot, then strongly stumping the ground hard resulting for tremors to spread on the ground, followed by some cracks here and there.

This action gave him a good momentum to execute his next move, using this force he leaps up jumping to the air. He then extended his right foot, rotating a bit midair before sending down a terrifyingly heavy roundhouse kick straight to the unlucky zombie.

Boom…!

The carried force release a strong shockwave, pushing back the other zombie a couple of steps. The not so simple attack completely surpassed the commonly used roundhouse kick resulting power.

Naturally because no human could have the capabilities to jump a few meters up above the ground and strangely do some extreme rotations midair before sending a brutal kick without having one's bones breaking apart.

The attacked zombie who've received the full blunt force of the attack blow up its body exploded into pieces. There we're no resistance whatsoever, a single heavy kick was all it took to finish off the zombie.

"I guess a human who turned into that of a zombie even after being enhanced by evolving; gaining stronger physics. Still couldn't have survived an attack powered from a 250 kilogram or higher kick that been boosted by gravity, technique and the descending fall force."

Kanzen commented, satisfaction can be seen on his expression.

"Wait, wait … isn't the additional attributes I'm gaining decrease?"

"That's due to your repetitive continuous absorption of origin essence."

Beside him fluttering midair, Aisha answered.

Kanzen looked to where the voice originated from, seeing Aisha's current figure, his eyes widen in surprise.

Her fairy likes innocent appearance that could make the most vicious man in Earth want to protect her disappeared, replace by a majestically well-dressed transcendent charming beauty.

Her appearance is neither mature nor young, similar to that of a teen embarking to the journey of adolescence. Furthermore, her present visage is like that of a young goddess in martial immortal stories.

Kanzen immediately retracted his surprised expression, looking straight to her eyes a gentle smile escape Kanzen, he showed her a bit of appreciation by nodding.

"Now you sound like a real guide…" Kanzen spoke.

Hearing such words, Aisha's majestic domineer tremble for a bit, her face turned gruesome for a moment before retracting it back to its image.

A heavy sigh escaped her dangerously seductive, lustful mouth. She looked at the overwhelmingly handsome yet cute man releasing an omnipotent aura of a True Supreme Existence, unable to thoroughly comprehend the thoughts running through this person's head.

Earlier, when they first meet, the man thoroughly ignored her passive charm. He looked at her with those cold indifferent eye that somewhat terrified her a little, so far, even sending her in a terrible illusion, and that's when she's in her gentle innocent fairy form.

That form of her that should suppose to make any low-level person looked at her with deep trust and familiarity. Not to say, a level zero.

Presently, this time the man gave her a gentle smile. That simple smile yet even for her an almighty higher existence and a high tier level at that couldn't easily resist the charm.

Furthermore, this didn't factor to the fact that the person didn't even have any intent to charm or whatsoever. The smile she received is a genuine one, something that from his heart.

Unfortunately, before she could savor this gentle smile, his voice sounded. "Now you sound like a real guide…" The choice of words dispersed the previous positive charm the man exuded, replace by a mischievously playful nature that seemed to irritate anyone who hears.

She shook her head, not bothering to retort as she replied. "It's my job as your guide, so isn't it natural for me to play my part."

"Before we continue this conversation, you first need to find a safe place to stay." She advised.

Kanzen didn't reply, he gazed back at her for a second before leaving behind a wide smirk.

There were more than a dozen mana corrupted zombies running straight towards him. Some of them were those he previously got acquainted to as they were his neighbors before he got sent to that godforsaken land.

"Hey, Aisha, is there a way for a zombie to turned back into being a human?" Kanzen asked.

"There's a way, unfortunately, I don't recommend it…"

Hearing the affirmation, Kanzen's mood slightly lit up a bit.

"Why so…?"

"It's because even if you turned back a mana corrupted creature back to their previous state, they'll be nothing but a body without a soul or the so-called soulless one's." Aisha replied.

"One's a living creature has been a corrupted, they'll be no different from being dead."

"The soul's that one's inhabited the bodies before being corrupted were forced to escape the physical body to avoid being corrupted."

"However, there were also cases where a soul stubbornly stayed in a corrupted body. Unfortunately, for such idiot souls, either way they'll also be corrupted in due time and will become one of those so-called Chaos Bringer."

"The ego of such individuals or the consciousness of such souls will die, and this now empty ego would then birth a new persona called incarnation of chaos."

"These guy is quite troublesome to deal with and if you ever encounter on, I recommend you to escape fast and try fighting it when you're stronger."

"Oh… I really thank you for your advice… you didn't just answer my question, you even gave me some extra info."

"That was nothing as long as it's within my jurisdiction, you can ask anything." Aisha replied, her voice seemed to let out a bit of a prideful spark from her tone.
