"You spend your time, indoors, with your phone. Most of the time, you act like a deer caught in a headlight whenever I enter the room, unexpectedly."
Aside from that, I can't think of the reason he always prefers spending time alone. Most times, I see him leafing through our high schoolbooks.
"And you thought I was cheating on you?" He glared at me, "I can't believe you think so lowly of me, David. And here I thought I have a mate who understands me. However, that's not the case at all." As he said those words, a tear slipped from his eyes. He looked heart broken.
"You can accuse me of anything, but cheating on you! I've tried to be the best mate for you, David, but it seems you don't love me as much as I love you."
So, my hunch isn't right?
My David isn't cheating on me?
"I'm sorry," I took a step toward him. "I —"
"It's better you don't come anywhere near me, Dan. Just keep your distance."
