“Okay I’ll start.” Katherine said and looked around the circle. “Never Have I Ever given a blowjob.”
The boys groaned and every girl took a sip, except of me. Nate winked at Katherine, who returned the wink.
It was Hannah’s turn. “Never Have I Ever had sex with someone over thirty years old.”
Nate took a sip and I frowned. What? He was THAT big of a manwhore.
It was Sean’s turn. “Never Have I Ever kissed someone with a tongue piercing.”
Everyone, including me took a sip. Nate looked at me for a second before running his tongue across his lips, showing his piercing, not breaking the eye contact.
“Never Have I Ever wanted to kiss someone in this room so badly.” Kaylee said and Jake, Ricky, Kaylee, Nate and Sean took a sip.
I bit my lip and stared at my cup. It was full. I was going to lose and judging by the score, Nate was going to win.
“Never Have I Ever been given oral.” Jade said and smiled.
Everyone except of me took a gulp. Nate was starting to creep me out now. He kept staring at me, biting his lip and gripping into his plastic cup.
“Never Have I Ever had an orgasm.” Nate’s voice rang and he kept his eyes on me, curious.
Once again, everyone drank except of me. I blushed.
“My turn!” a girl I didn’t know said and was about to say something, but Nate leaned towards her and whispered something in her ear. She nodded before speaking up:
“Never Have I Ever pleasured myself.”
I was the only one who didn’t take a sip. Nate gulped and smirked, looking at my full cup.
It was Ricky’s turn. “Never Have I Ever been in love.”
This time Nate and I were the ones that didn’t drink. I scratched the back of my head, feeling really uncomfortable.
“Never Have I Ever got to second base.”
Everyone drank and all eyes were on me. I drank too, even though it wasn’t true. No one had ever touched me anywhere. Nate was actually the first one to feel me up.
“My cup is empty.” Nate stated and smirked.
“Who has the fullest cup?” Jake asked and I blushed, letting out a barely audible ‘me’.
I felt ashamed and I hated myself for being so inexperienced.
“Well well well, I can dare you to do anything.”
His eyes darted all over my body, before he spoke:
“I dare you to snog…Kitty.”
My face scrunched up in a disgusted expression. What the fuck?
“What?” I said. Katherine didn’t seem to mind. She just shrugged.
“You know how to kiss right?” Katherine asked shifting closer to me.
“Uh…” I said, the tension was too awkward. Every guy in the room had his eyes taped to us.
Katherine leaned in and I closed my eyes, feeling her lips on mine. It felt weird and uncomfortable. I left my hands in my lap, not wanting to make contact with her in any way.
She tilted her head and ran a tongue over my lips, but I pulled back. Was I supposed to make out with my cousin? No way.
Sean whined and urged us to continue, but I shook my head. I had had enough of this party.
“I’m going home.” I told Katherine and sat up. My head was hurting a bit from the alcohol I consumed tonight. All I wanted was to go to my room and dive under the blankets, and sleep.
Katherine nodded. “Yeah we should leave. Don’t want grandma catching us.”
I exhaled deeply, glad that she finally wanted to leave this party. This wasn’t my scene and it’ll never be.
Everyone somehow managed to get downstairs and find that the place was dead by now. A huge mess dominated the whole house, and Nate groaned, not in the mood for cleaning up.
Everyone said their goodbyes and Katherine and I were the last ones to leave, because she had to suck Nate’s face off in front of me.
I awkwardly coughed and scratched my ear, before starting to pa-nic. An earring was missing. Shit, no. Please no. It was my mother’s earring. Shit shit shit.
“Night Nate.” Katherine said and passed by me through the door, entering the cold night. “Coming?”
“Uh, I lost an earring.”
“Do you want me to help you look for it?” she asked and I shook my head.
“No, I’ll look for it. I think I’ll find it quick.” I turned to Nate, panicked. “Is it okay if I look around?”
He shrugged and started picking up trash from the floor.
I looked at the clock. It was already 1pm, so my grandmother had to come home at some point. I had to be fast.
I ran up the stairs, almost falling over in my wedges. I searched literally every single inch of his room, even in the closet, but I couldn’t find it.
Disappointed I walked downstairs, to find him on his stomach, searching for something under the couch. I stood in front of his head; waiting to ask him in he’d found my earring.
However, that wasn’t necessary since he was holding the small piece of silver between his fingers.
“This what you were looking for babe?”
I nodded and stretched my hand out to grab it, but he pulled his hand back, putting it in his back pocket.
“If you want it, I dare you to take it out.”
I sighed. “Fine.”
He turned around and crossed his arms over his chest. I stuck my hand into his back pocket and pulled a small piece of paper. It was the small crumbled piece of paper from Seven Minutes in Heaven.
“Where’s the earring?”
He smirked and opened his palm. “I’m not giving it to you.”
I was angry. I needed to calm down.
“Can I at least get a glass of water?” I asked. I wanted something to cool my cheeks.
He pointed towards the kitchen before turning around to get his iPhone from the table.
I quickly made my way to the kitchen and grabbed a glass from the table, before leaning over the island counter to pour water in it.
I drank the water, then looked down at the paper in my hand. I opened it, out of boredom, and what I saw surprised me.
Kitty
He didn’t even pick my name out of the snapback.
Suddenly I felt his hot breath on my neck. I didn’t have to turn around to know that he was right behind me. He pushed himself into me, making me slightly bend over the counter.
“You’re a liar.,” he whispered into my ear, sending shivers down my spine.
“What?”
“You lied at the game.”
“You did too.” I protested turning around and showing him the paper, with a new found confidence.
His eyes drifted down to the small paper in my hands. He smirked.
“And by the way, when did I lie?” I asked putting a hand on my hip.
He smirked.
“You said that you’ve got to second base. Straight lie.”
I blushed, pushing him back by his chest. He didn’t move and inch. Even with the five-inch boost from my wedges, he was still taller with a few inches.
“How do you know that?” I stuttered.
“Because when we kissed, you were so flustered…so...pure. Don’t lie to me, Delilah.”
I gulped, not even bothered by the name he called me.
“Have you ever been touched?”
My heart race picked up as I stared at him.
“Yeah.”
“Don’t lie to me.” he repeated, his hands gripping into my hips.
I winced, and he suddenly lifted me on the counter, moving so he could stand between my legs.
“Have you ever been so close to a guy, Renee?”
“No.” I said slowly.
He licked his lips, before placing his hands on my knees, running them up to my thighs. Everywhere he touched burned. My hands gripped into the counter.
He leaned closer and for a second I thought he was going to kiss me, but he placed his lips on my ear:
“If you want your earring back…” he trailed off.
“W-what?”
“Play a game of truth or dare with me. Five turns each. And you’ll have it back.”
No way. No. NO.
Before I could think, my mouth opened:
“Okay."
