“Who is that Eion?” I asked.
With that, Eion quickly turned to face me and smiled nervously at me.
“What? Who?” He asked, playing innocent, and ended the call.
“You were just calling with someone?” I asked. “And I heard it’s a girl?”
He shook his head, looking a bit guilty, “No, I wasn’t.”
Gosh, he’s lying?
Never in my life expected this. I had assumptions last time, but I thought Eion wouldn’t do this to me! To think I was just advising my new friend Mia earlier to leave a man if he hurt you! Wow, why is the universe playing on me now?
His phone rang again, with the name “Sereia” plastered on the caller id.
“Serria? Who is that? Why don’t you answer it? I knew it! I was right! You have another girl!” I asked, wanting to yell but I didn't want to cause a scene. I inhaled and exhaled, standing at the chair across Eion and faced him in the eye. “What are you staring at? Explain, Eion.” I demanded.
