Chapter 48. The Contract Trap.

I slept soundly.

It was a very long, and nice sleep, I can't even remember the last time when I had such a nice rest.

Today, I went outside as early as six, since I went to bed quite early. It was a good time to wake up. The sky was still dark, the wind was cold, the guards were all getting ready and so I grabbed this opportunity to exercise, stretch, jog, whatever it was I could think about.

As I jogged, only one thought crossed my mind. "I didn't do it." I repeat inside my head.

Deep within me I am unable to keep up with the fact that I didn't see Helio last night,

'Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh….!' I'm so screwed.

Let's calm down.

I stop running and start panting. I checked my watch and it's 6:30, the light of the golden rising sun starts to get into my eyes, little by little it gets brighter and brighter. It's time.

 "Good morning Sir."
