A Narcissist Obsession

Helio's bodyguard slowly puts down the phone.

I sat besides him, silently reading a fashion magazine, ignoring my guest.

Still, I could feel his glare against me as he didn't let me drink my tea and french fries in peace.

Helio's, not my bodyguard, furiously watched as my guest entertained himself with some tea.

Of course there was no way he would have agreed to this, especially when he lied to Helio, although he wasn't lying, just skipping some parts of the truth.

My visitors bodyguard had a gun pointed at my bodyguard's head.

It's been over an hour now and yet no one has said anything.

Frustrated from the silence, I decided it was high time one of us said something.

"You know you shouldn't be here." I finally say to him, knowing fully well that he wasn't going to say anything except I started it.
