Cooperation As A Villain (Pt2)

"Yo, dad." Nathan said walking over to his father. "Sup'. Need something?" William responded while drinking some coffee. "So normally, with Hijack, I can just take someone's Skill with no problem right? So what happens if it doesn't work?". William choked on his coffee and placed it down saying "*Cough* What brought that thought?". "The other day, when Z got her Skill evolution, I tried to take her moth Skill, but it didn't work. So I was hoping you might have some ideas.".

William looked at his son and said "Well, Z's Skill is something that involves an animal and smoke right? Maybe her Skill wasn't compatible with Shock Rabbit, and Boom Burst.".

"And for the next round: Blood Midas and Lash-Out VS Smoke Hawk and Mimic!".

"Alright Midas, we might not get along well, but we're just fighting a moth and a mirror, how hard could it be?". Lash-Out's outfit was a military outfit, that's colors were changed to a more black and rad color with a few yellows here and there, resembling lava. He also wore two black combat boots, designed to let him move over more steep surfaces. He wore a black mask over his eyes and nose as well.

Blood Midas looked at him and said "Don't underestimate our teammates, I'll deal with Mimic, he can't copy me without any blood. You can handle Smoke Hawk, right?". Lash-Out nodded and the two heard a boom. They ran two that area and saw a bunch of stone pillars, as if it was a maze. "I knew the training arena was big, but why a stone maze-" Lash was saying before they heard a laugh.

They looked up to see Mimic, and that he had copied Z's Skill. "That's Smoke Hawk's! But where is she?!" Midas said. Mimic smirked and said "It's something I learned after our last encounter, I call it: Ghost Mimicking! I had Smokey do a few things prior to this encounter, and even though it takes more energy, If I focus on those long enough, I don't need her around to Mimic!".

He pulled something like a little tree out of a bag and started chewing on it. "Lord that is bitter- anyways, per Smoke Hawk's request, I'll be smoking!". Mimic jumped down and then ran into the maze, forcing the two boys to follow. Once they got separated Midas said "Lash, you got eyes on him?!". "Nope! Okay uh, just don't move I'll come to you-". Red smoke seeped through the area and Midas looked to see Mimic.

Lash-Out came around the corner and Mimic said "Well come on Lash-Out, LASH!". He created his whips, but the moment they heated up, the smoke ignited and blew up. When the smoke cleared, they looked to see Smoke Hawk next to a lever. When she pulled it, the pillars started moving as if rearranging themselves. "SHIT!" Lash-Out said. Midas then got an idea. He drank some blood and spread out his body while copying Lash-Out's Skill.

While the pillars were moving his armor, and golden whips he made, stopped them. "Hey uh.... Lash, I'm stuck." Midas said not being able to move. "Well, you stopped the pillars!". "Don't get your hopes up.". They both looked and saw Smoke hawk walking towards them. She spread out her wings and said "Night boys~." She said sending a wave of smoke towards them.

Before the next match started, Z went over to Aura and said "Hey, just a heads up for you and dragon boy, I think you guys might be fighting some students we haven't seen yet! So be careful ya hear?!".

"For our next match up: Nightshade and Hydra VS Rewind and Overdrive!".

Nightshade's outfit was basically one large purple cloak, with a hood. The cloak however allowed the wearer to turn invisible in darkness. "So, Rewind and Overdrive huh? Rewind is from the hero course, and I'm guessing that Overdrive...." Nightshade said turning to Hydra. "Yeah, Overdrive is from the villain course. I'm not sure what their Skills are, but the names might give some hints." Hydra said, his eyes being blue.

The two went into the maze area, but chose to go over it, moving from pillar to pillar. "Hey Nightshade! I see something ahead!" Hydra said, except his voice was a bit lighter, showing it was Voltage speaking. Up ahead, they could see a lady who was wearing a black jumpsuit, and a black mask covering her eyes. She jumped on all the pillars around the two with dirty blonde hair whipping behind her and said "Hello Hydra.".

Her eyes glowed white, and she said "Come get me!". Hydra's eyes turned rad and he said "DIE!", while shooting fire. They then witnessed her body go in reverse as she jumped back on one of the previous pillars. "Nice try Hydra!".

Hero name- Rewind

Skill- Rewind

She can rewind her body, to not only how it was, but where/when she was.]

"Hydra! I'll handle Rewind, but we need to find-". Nightshade was cut off, when the pillar she was standing on, gets broken into pieces, and then reshaped so her legs get stuck in it. Down underneath Overdrive had on a large helmet that resembled a spider, black finger-less gloves, a black leather hoodie with a black shirt underneath, black shoes, dark brown hair, and pale white skin, as if he had been drained of all his blood.

"*Sigh* And the show continues." He said throwing on his hood.

Villain name- Overdrive

Skill- Break-Wield

He can break apart anything, and then wield it back together, however his fingers need to be touching something for it to work.]

"Overdrive, knock down as many pillars as you can!" Rewind yells to him. He smiles and runs through the maze, touching as many pillars as he can on the way through. "Once my partner is done, this whole thing will come down on top of you!" Rewind said while Hydra tried to free Nightshade. "Oh dear.... Can't have that~". She runs over and kicks Hydra. "HYDRA!" Nightshade said.

Rewind ran off, not knowing what she'd done. Rumbling is heard as fire, ice, and lighting shoots out of the pillars. Hydra burst out in their dragon form and Voltage says "Nightshade! Are you okay?!". He pulls her out of the ground and she climbs on their back. "I have an idea on how to beat Rewind and Overdrive!".

"So, how long until they sound the victory bell?" Overdrive says cleaning his helmet. "Not long." Rewind responded. The two then heard flapping as Hydra landed. Chiller and Pyro both started shooting, crossing streams, firing a large vortex of water at Overdrive. "BIG MISTAKE!" He said holding out his hand to break apart the water. Unfortunately for him, this didn't work and he was pinned to the wall.

"Overdrive!" Rewind said as multiple portals opened up around her. Nightshade came out of one of them and threw her through one. She then started going through portal after portal quickly. Nightshade turned and created chains made of void, wrapping around Overdrive. Hydra then changed back to their human form, and Chiller froze Rewind in place with ice.

After the battle Nathan went over to Victoria and said "Kate said you were looking for me?". Victoria nodded and said. "Your friends for these next two matches.... Might be in trouble. The team your friends just fought is another group from my school.... Team 'FEROCITY'. June and Magnetic are next right? The next villain and hero you're fighting, are Bomb-Launcher, and Sharpshooter.".
