Chapter 4

[ POV - Nyx ]

Let me better introduce myself to you, I am Nyx, the Primordial Night Goddess of the Universe in which I was born.

I doubt very much that Bob would feel like talking about me, he's not so good with these things, to summarize a bit of my story, in my 'Universe' there is no longer the 'Greek' pantheon, along with most of the 'Pantheons' I erased them from the face of existence.

In my journey of millions and millions of years, I killed a certain person who had something very interesting, and that would be 'The Game' yes, I am a gamer, it is not as if this power is so rare that it is given exclusively to the chosen one, the Gamer System is literally given at a bargain price.

Most other 'ROB's' do this, 'Gamer System' that is with Bob and my creation. And I used my 'Gamer System' to create a new Gamer System which is what Bob Uses, our systems are interconnected with each other.

Anyway, to sum up most of my life, I became a ROB after I managed to get one of my stats into 'Infinity' yes literally 'infinity'.

Now you are wondering what I was doing?

Actually, I was watching "my" Bob who reincarnated as the protagonist of an anime known as Natsume's Book Of Friends , I'll call him Natsume from now on.

I was watching him from the moment he entered that world, it's not like I was a stalker, I swear I'm not.

I could see him trying to repeat the exact scene that happened in the anime, something funny, he was probably dying of embarrassment. I understood why he wanted to keep the plot of this world, the anime is already perfect, why change it? even though he already made some changes, for example: He was running away from a Youkai while luring him away from the school, the problem was that Tanuki was supposed to show up and save him from the Youkai who was trying to get the Book.

Natsume must have thought of that too, luring the Youkai to this place so that Tanuki could get rid of him, but Tanuki was not there.

So Natsume himself had to get rid of the Youkai, and he did it by perfectly controlling the output and output of his magic and made a small Laser of the "Power of the End" go through the Youkai killing him.

Watching him from the roof of a house, I took the form of a black cat, and I think perhaps the thing that catches my eye the most is my white eyelashes.

Watching Natsume verify that there was no one around, he has to learn to detect the presence of others soon, it should be easy if he chooses a magic class, something he might do in the near future.

Following him, Natsume stopped under a tree and sat under it while in front of him was a small lake that glowed because of the reflection of the sun on the lake water.

Seeing Natsume using his school bag as a pillow, it was time for me to go, take a nap of course.

Waiting for him to fall asleep, as soon as he was asleep, I went over to him and lay on his chest.

'Now I understand why cats like it so much.' I thought to myself.

Waking up with a voice calling me.

"Natsume... Natsume!''

Recognizing that voice from afar, it was Nyanko-Sensei. Why was he lying on my chest?

"What is it Sensei? And why are you lying on top of me?" I asked without opening my eyes.

"It's not me, you idiot!'' Nyanko-Sensei answered me.

It wasn't him? Then who was it?

Opening my eyes, I looked at the weight on my chest, a black cat that I had never seen before was looking at me.

He seemed to be smiling at me.

"Where did you come from, neko-chan?'' I asked neko-chan without expecting an answer from him, cats don't talk.

'Did you forget about me so soon? N-A-T-S-U-M-E.'' He said, spelling my name letter by letter.

White eyelashes .

''The Cat has spoken!'' exclaimed Nyanko-Sensei.

'You're a talking cat too.' I thought, but soon pushed him aside.

I already knew who this cat was.

I lifted the cat with both hands and said, ''Hello, Nyx.''

Later that day. I asked Nyx to keep her cat form at least in front of the Fujiwara couple.

After that, I returned some of the names of the Youkais who came to ask me instead of attacking me.

There were two kinds of Youkais that came to me: The first kind were those who are after the 'Book of Friends' to control the Youkais whose names are written in it.

And the other kind was, those who came to me to ask to have their names returned.

This first type was causing me stress, but for my dragon side, when someone talks about how great a dragon's pride is that person was right, dragons are proud beings.

My dragon side was about to rebel and burn all the Youkais who came to attack me.

Nyx and I made it a point to ignore Nyanko-Sensei and his persistent questions about Nyx. He then gave up asking his questions after a while when we ignored him.

Now, at dinner time, Touko-San made a big feast for dinner.

"Thank you for the food.'' Thanking him, I joined my two hands together and said a little prayer.

''Eat a lot, okay?'' Touko-San said in his usual gentle tone.

"Okay.'' I answered him, and thought, 'Where is he? The deity of the dew?

Looking carefully at the table, I found the food that had a small bite mark, and on the side of a body was he

"Ora Ora, Now that tastes special,'' said the Dew Deity.

I nodded to him, he was right, Touko-san's food was delicious, if even a ROB like Nyx liked it, it was because it was good. Dinner finished, two Ayakashi, a Goddess and a Dragon went up the stairs.

Already upstairs I took the book from my friends and we sat down, I sat cross-legged while Nyx was lying on my leg and Nyanko-sensei was lying on a pillow while staring endlessly at the dew deity.

"Huh? Now that I've observed well, aren't you the ancient Dew Deity?'' Nyanko Sensei suddenly said.

"Huh? Do you know him?'' I asked. "I don't remember that part, I wonder if it was in the anime in the first place, it would be easier if I started writing down everything I remember from the anime to begin with, I'll do that later.

"Yeah, he got really tiny. So I couldn't recognize him at first.'' Nyanko-sensei replies.

Dew Deity who was looking at sensei seemed to have recognized him, ''Oh, that voice. Ah! I know, you're Madara, aren't you?''

''But what ridiculous appearance is that-''

''Quiet! Or I'll swallow you!'' Shouted Nyanko-Sensei.

''Alright, let's start now.'' I told the two of them to make them stop fighting.

Looking at the page that was supposed to have the name of the Dew Deity it was stuck on another one.

Trying to separate them, I put as little force as possible so as not to tear the paper.

''They're stuck.'' I commented.

''You're right, they are completely stuck together, it looks like a grain of rice.'' Nyanko-sensei said.

''A grain of rice?'' I asked, if that was the case, it would be difficult to remove them from each other.

"Reiko was very clumsy. She was probably playing with it while eating it.'' Nyanko-Sensei replied.

"It wouldn't be good to try to forcibly separate them. Maybe that will end up hurting the other you and Ayakashi.'' I said.

''Takashi-kun! The bath is ready!'' Touko-san said from downstairs.

''Right!'' I answered her back.

"How cruel!". Dew deity wailed as he approached me.

"Well, I can't return your name if I can't tear it up, can I?'' I replied as I lowered myself to his height.

"Please do something about it, Natsume-dono!'' The Dew Deity asked almost pleadingly. "Give me back my name, please!'' Said the Deity putting both hands together.

"Well, I can if we find the other Youkai, so until then it would be impossible." I commented.

''Natsume-Dono!'' exclaimed the Dew Divinity happily.

I stepped into the bath after the Dew Deity left.

'Hm... am I being too kind or did the original Natsume-Dono affect me?' Thoughts and more thoughts .

'I just need to find this Ayakashi and then return the Dew Deity's name .

Note: Ayakashi is another way of saying Youkai or Spirits.
