No matter. Whatever came his way—be it a goon, an arrogant director, or a demon overlord—was dealt with precision. What was there to fear when he had become a devil’s darling?

Crack! Vittorio heard a crack echo nearby, and he ran to find the source of the sound. When he saw a spot in the main lobby that was flickering with black light, he cautiously got closer to it. He reached out to feel the fighting demons outside, and that was the moment he knew that he was now free. Vittorio looked around to make sure June was not around while he waited.

However, June's footsteps rang out behind him. When Vittorio turned to find the approaching non-human, he placed his one-fingered hand to protect the head of the bust edging out of his chest. "You won't catch me anymore, Neptune Verrier. Just expect Hell to rise early and claim you for the fun of it. After all, you belong down there."

"I don't just belong there. I will be royalty." June snorted as he readied his finger gun and aimed at the man blocking the crack behind him. "Let me see where you are planning to run."
