The Ninth Tyrant is a newbie

Aavesh now awaited the Ninth Tyrant as the Audience now looked a bit excited!

It had been a few thousand years since anyone could reach the Ninth Tyrant, Most just died at the hands of the 6th and 7th, while some chose to escape to Somnium.

Aavesh was Ninth Adhi Clansman to reach the Ninth Tyrant - talk about Coincidences.

Many People had started Betting Sites, to see whether Aavesh would pass or Fail the trials of the Ninth and Tenth Tyrants.

Infact bets had long started since the first Tyrant but they were small scale bets in the millions, and few billion but Now the Truly Rich had joined in the fray by Betting Hundreds of Billions of Galactic Credits!

So People were Divided! Most wanted Aavesh to Fail and some wanted him to Pass.

It had become a spectacle to take advantage of after all.

The Ninth Tyrant soon arrived-

A man with Several strips of white satin cloth tied around each part of his muscular body arrived in front of Aavesh, looking at Aavesh in a very calm manner, Blinding glowing cloth strips covering each inch of the Man, even his face.

He gave off a semi Divine Aura- that seemed to almost to Pierce Reality - yet there was faint Paradoxical aura about him- alternating between Order and Chaos.

Aavesh gazed at the dude and found him- Odd.

But the Livestream audience became extremely confused!

This was not the Ninth Tyrant!

Where was that Sinister old thing?! Had he actually kicked the Bucket finally after years of Tormenting everyone with his Runes?

Why was a Damn Newbie here?

"You all probably didn't expect me- this is the first time I am acting as a 'Tyrant' as Khorramzadeh calls it"

The New 'Tyrant' then took a Data Pad from his portable space and read the contents," As I have killed the Rune Tyrant Radonid due to his violation of Laws that I had encountered while Patrolling this System, I Ren Tyrannus, am to stand in as the New Rune Tyrant in exchange for King Khorramzadeh removing the Binding Cloth while not harming me in the slightest! I must participate in this Trial and give a worthy test to the Maledict so I may be released of this Contract and the Cloth Binds- That's all, I had to read it's contents to you, so you don't misunderstand"

"..."

Aavesh's mouth twitched as he heard the man reveal the plot so openly.

"Your name is not Ren Tyrannus right?", He then asked the new Rune Tyrant.

"Yes My Operative name is X34,you and the others can call me this"

"..."

Aavesh was truly rendered speechless along with the Audience as well.

The others may not understand but Aavesh immediately confirmed this man's identity after he uttered 'X34'.

X34- the moniker taken by a certain eccentric being who was heavily interested in Higher Dimensional Bloodlines, yet this person was extremely short lived.

Suddenly the strips of white satin cloth made complete sense, there was only one magnificent Bastard that came to his mind - Chu Feng!

Bro was a fucking Protagonist in the Entirety of his short life! He was the son of the Chief Arbiter Roden and Legendary Protean Trickster- Chu Ning'er and Was a full honors Graduate of CORE Institute.

In the alternate timeline, if this asshole lived longer, he might have become someone like Wang Zhong or Aiden- this Bastard unfortunately had a Problem with his Special Physique which seemed to eat him up on the inside, Everytime he got stronger- he had less and less of a lifespan.

His Parents thought of using a soul substitution Talisman and bring him into a new body- infact they were probably plundering Khorramzadeh's reserve forces for resources to build the Talisman.

No they weren't married, though they had a strange thing for Eachother and ended up having a child due to some circumstances but they never got together.

Roden even let the boy follow his mother's surname so the kid won't be implicated.

As of now - Chu Feng's True Paternal lineage was unexposed for obvious reasons.

The Chief Arbiter was not allowed to have relations with a Mythic Cultivator from the Opposite Alignment but he was a human and humans do human things.

So it was under the wraps.

Unfortunately, Chu Feng really inherited excellently from his parents - he was truly in a strange situation, His Mythic Power was torn between two Extremely Opposite Alignments due to inheriting Both High Axiom Blood and High Protean Blood.

There was a rule among Mythic Cultivators, try your best to not date Opposite Alignments, in the Best Case your child would have to deal with a bunch of Strange Parents and in the worst case, they would become like Chu Feng.

Chu Feng's Dual Bloodline Conflict was horrible for his Body- it was eating him alive- the stronger he got, the worse his situation became- His Bloodlines would keep fighting, leading to several side effects like Disfigured skin, slowed senses and Visual blindness, etc.

But Chu Feng got an Unexpected benefit - He - this Bastard - received the Vast Intellect of a True Axiomite and the monstrous Unpredictable Out of Box Thinking of a Supreme Trickster!

He infuriated people wherever he went, yet they could not refute his words, he would bring Order to Chaos and Chaos to Order - a madman who thought he was very rational or a a highly rational man with a penchant for Mad Tricks!

Yet he infuriated the Demon Armies the most when the apocalypse began, he would trick invading forces with a fucking Banana - A Banana for god's sake...

And he would play tricks with his allies as well- he would come and put his face into any kind of excessive situation - the Resistance had its own flaws and problems - and this guy, he would always detect it and blow things to the roof!

His arguments were so logical yet his reasons to get involved were utterly Nonsensical!

Unfortunately the Soul Substitution Talisman his Parents made for him, would never work- The Problem was as he got older, his soul was also affected by this conflict and this could not be solved with a new body.

Aavesh saw his death in person after all- he took the dude's diary to his Parents, to give them the last part of their son back to him.

Aavesh felt a bit emotional - he did interact with the Fool and felt it a pity that such an interesting character died so early...

Who knows what will happen in this future though?

"X34- you are the one who wrote about Effects of Higher Dimensional Blood on Mortals who have yet to cultivate,Ah! the Thesis of correlation between Runes and Higher Dimensional Bloodlines, it was quite thought provoking", Aavesh spoke probing the dude's behaviour - he needed to start a conversation to understand how the hell did this Bastard end up here.

"You read my work?! Kid you- wait let's not involve others in this conversation ", with that Chu Feng snapped his fingers and a Translucent Bubble surrounded them both, obscuring their figures and silencing their voice.

"That's better - so tell me, how does a Nine Year old even understand a complex thesis Enough to give headaches to My Professors at the CORE Institute ", He asked Curiously to Aavesh.

"I got my gifts, besides You would know the reason if you read my files from Khorramzadeh?", Aavesh asked back, suddenly curious about this guy's allegiance - he didn't seem to fit in this Situation.

"No - Khorramzadeh didn't give me shit about you- not that he would after I butchered his Rune Tyrant who initiated a duel with me in an unreasonable fashion! It was because I asked the Tyrants to delay their program a bit- so that I could come and talk to you!", Chu Feng replied back with an honest tone but his words seriously surprised Aavesh.

Just as he was about to transform into a chatterbox, Aavesh immediately interrupted him and questioned,

"WAIT- Wait - wait! I don't seem to have met you before so, why the fuck would you want to seek me out?"

"Causality"

Aavesh was immediately rendered speechless!

A vein popped on his face and he grit his Teeth and asked, " Now explain to me clearly - what's this about Causality? And why are you and Khorramzadeh into it?"

"Oh so Khorramzadeh's involved Causality into this matter -Shit! By Irolin! Causality refers to Cause and Effect but here it's a game of Future Probabilities or say an experiment on Fate, Karma and Destiny - and as of now you are now the central pawn of the Causality orchestrated here"

Aavesh felt extremely uncomfortable upon hearing that he was being used as a pawn but now he truly realised the Terrifying implication of the term Causality.

Chu Feng continued with a grim tone,

"Kid you are screwed, but look me and Khorramzadeh are on Opposing sides of a Particular Exclusive Club, I am a 'Struggler' and he's a 'Weaver' , I can't tell much but it's to do with Laws of Causality, I came here because I sensed that you could help me Struggle against my Causality - I never knew you would be involved with Causality so soon, It's almost Terrifying!"

Aavesh could tell with his instinct that Chu Feng was not lying at all!

Aavesh didn't know about this so called Exclusive club but he felt inwardly terrified- a Shadowy group that could track and even calculate the fate of even the future?

Fuck! what had he gotten involved into now?

Chu Feng explained further to shut down any conspiracy or panic driven thoughts in Aavesh, for the time being atleast,

"It's not a human exclusive club, species that meet certain requirements can join it, but I won't talk more- just know that I will let you know when you meet the requirements and give you an invitation!"

"But enough about that- it seems Khorramzadeh is going to screw you over big time! You can't avoid this, you are nowhere close to avoiding this situation, I know he won't kill you yet, that Causality is very far but he is- doing an experiment with you as the subject, ... I can't say more but it's not good, not at all good for you- as for why I am interfering in this matter -"

"I currently want your help with something but You will need to go through this and live with the consequences, but I can give you something that should have been yours but Causality left it behind"

" I sensed a very thin yet strong line of fate connecting you and it, but I can't sense any line of fate from it's Creator but I will give this to you as advance payment in exchange for your help",Saying that he took out a familiar yet unfamiliar item- A golden spherical rune puzzle.

Aavesh gazed at it and from the depths of his heart, tearful Emotions surged out, this object was a gift from a certain someone - he just couldn't remember it!

But his instincts told him that it was something very close to him- he could recognise it yet not recognise it at the same time.

The object remained, this golden Rune Puzzle was the only physical object he had left of those people who he could not remember.

With trembling hands, as Tears dripped down from his eyes unconsciously- Aavesh took the Golden Rune puzzle and kept it inside his space ring.

He would never leave it behind again!

It was his Treasure - his motivation, the last reminder that there was someone out there who loved him dearly.

"I- Thank you - X34-, I'll help you if I survive", Aavesh wiped his tears away and replied with gratitude in his voice.

Whatever happened in the past timeline, he would not forget this favour, Chu Feng gave him a piece of himself back- this was significant to any Human Being.

"I am just a delivery guy, I am not without selfish intent, but I am glad you are willing to help me- this Test should about Rune Talent right? I'll use this Advanced Testing Item from the CORE"

" it's quite simplified, you just need place your Palm and focus your Mental Energy, it will do the Rest", Chu Feng took out a slate like object with a Grid Pattern on the surface and asked Aavesh to place his palm.

Aavesh sighed, calmed his Emotions and observed the Plate for a few seconds, His danger instinct did not tingle while Coral immediately replied that there were no hidden dangers and even found this device design a bit intrigueing.

Seeing that there was no Hidden Trap or danger, Aavesh placed his hand on the Black Slate and closed his Eyes.

The Slate then glowed lightly and began to transform into two screens, one was empty another was filled with so many runes! Some were easy to detect and others were a bit obscure but he could still fine them

He then heard a mental voice," Please focus your Mental Energy on the runes you can see, start from the Top"

Aavesh then did just that and the Rune he focused on light up on the empty screen.

He continued this process as Chu Feng watched on.

'This... speed, it's a bit too fast, wait a minute- shit he's crossed the threshold!!', Chu Feng suddenly became anxious and immediately slapped the Testing Device away from Aavesh.

*Spark

*Stomp

*Boom

He then stomped on it extremely hard and then blasted the shit out of it with Ion Beams from his hands.

He then turned to Aavesh and spoke," Buddy - don't ever participate in Rune Talent Tests anymore, After this whole bullshit Program, I'll hook you up with a Talent Certification - You're like me, someone who can go past the Obscure level and people like that are hunted down, so keep this hush hush!"

"And Don't ever participate in Rune Talent Tests in the future, Instead a Certificate from the CORE Institute will open doors, Just remember, you are an SS Level Rune Talent like me"

"And no wonder you said you knew my thesis- you are smart- now be smarter and don't make both of us end up like this device, Got it?"

Aavesh could feel the seriousness within his voice and then looked at the destroyed remains of the the Testing Device.

He immediately nodded.

Chu Feng then sighed in relief.

He then snapped his fingers and his intent shattered the Translucent Bubble as he then suddenly adopted a stern yet satisfied demeanor.

He spoke," Ahem, you passed the Trial of the Rune Tyrant- you may proceed to the last Test, I'll just hang out nearby"

'WHAT THE FUCK? THIS NEW TYRANT IS A FAKE ONE RIGHT?! WHERE'S THE BLOODBATH? WHERE'S THE TORTURE?!

THIS IS A SCAM!',Many evil aligned audiences felt dissatisfied at this!

Aavesh was actually passing the harder Trials in a more ridiculous fashion!

But that was nothing compared to the heartbreak and rage caused by people who had suddenly lost their wealth in the bets!

Although the Last Round had yet to happen these people watched on Nervously- Aav sh had to fail or they would lose significant money from the bets placed!

Chu Feng who was leaving suddenly turned his head and saw Khorramzadeh's shadow form staring at him intently.

Both of them entered the void to have a little chat.

" A struggler never changes their filthy little habits - Struggles like you who like to try to break Causality are often annoying and a pest to deal with ", Khorramzadeh causally remarked but the malice in his voice was unsuppressed.

"I didn't violate your rules, you know that very well, besides I can't stop the Causality weaved by you", Chu Feng Nonchalantly replied back.

"You gave that object to him- you only needed to give him a life threatening test and leave", Khorramzadeh's Orange Eyes glowed dangerously at Chu Feng.

Chu Feng merely grinned at this and spoke," You know it won't affect your pet project, besides You never mentioned that I had to give him a Threatening test- I just acted within the Rules"

He shrugged with his arms.

Khorramzadeh stared intently at him and spoke calmly," If Genos Starkyler wasn't supporting you - I would be drinking wine from your skull cap by now, Tch Tch what a shame but you are right about one thing, your little moves will only make it interesting to watch"

"Hmmm why don't you stay and watch till the end- Oh and this current Ten Tyrants Program doesn't end until Aavesh receives the special gift I prepared for him, who knows what will happen? He may not survive...", Khorramzadeh playfully remarked as he saw the expression on Chu Feng's face turn worse.

"I have so much planned for him- Contrary to popular Opinion - I see this kid in a very favourable light, he's not a bad Descendant of the Adhi Clan and it will be time for him to receive his True Heritage, the New Heritage from me- and I want you to witness it- to see how it all plays out", Khorramzadeh replied back in a calm and confident tone- like everything was in his palm.

"You are a sick fuck you know, Bloody Weaver",Chu Feng coldly spat and then left, he didn't want to continue this twisted conversation longer.

Khorramzadeh simply smiled and didn't mind.

He continued to observe Aavesh from the void.

A moment later, the world turned dark suddenly-

The Audience knew what this was - The Tenth Tyrant was about to arrive, all those who placed their bets against Aavesh felt relief as the last Tyrant had not been replaced.

This was the unsurpassable Tyrant - the Tyrant that nobody could beat, no matter how hard they tried- it was impossible.

Aavesh noticed the change in the environment and gazed at the Cloaked being approaching him, enveloped by eerie darkness.

He felt his danger instinct tingling wildly.

This being was not simple at all.

He was over six feet tall and wore a pitch black velvet robe.

But his Aura seemed to influence the surrounding Environment itself.

Suddenly his nose twitched- this being smelled awful, like burnt and rotten at the same time.

*Whoooooooosh

Suddenly strong winds flowed across both of them and the Cloak on the being slowly faded away like dust- Revealing his true Appearance.

A Devil stood before Him- to be more precise Half a Devil stood before him.

The Other half was rotten and corroded by Undead Energy.

He had only one horn and a very dim Hellish Halo - like it would snuffed by the Undead Energy soon.

And the Black Infernal Armor on him seemed to have just melted onto his skin.

All that was left on the partially disfigured face, was an emotionless smile.

The Audience only saw this Tenth Tyrant Nine Times now but each time he came on screen, it was like staring at the Reaper of Death.

Both stood silent for a while.

"I am the Tenth Tyrant, you can call me the 'Will Breaker Tyrant' "

With that he simply performed two hand signs and the Physical World began to change because of Mythic Power emanating from him.

But this was not just one Mythic Power, it was two- but at the same time Aavesh's Arcanic Eyes briefly caught glimpses of the Will Breaker Tyrant's Soul.

"You are not just the Will Tyrant- there's someone else soul bound to you, otherwise your body... Should be dead", Aavesh looked on curiously.

"Interesting for you to find that- but this state of existence doesn't violate Order, It has been Authorised by Nine Hells of Naraka -", As the Will Breaker Tyrant spoke- he was interrupted by Aavesh.

"Authorised by Khorramzade, what a way to get someone to wield two Mythic Powers Simultaneously - but I guess he didn't solve the issue of Dominant Consciousness ", Aavesh spoke with a ruthless smile on his face.

"Diabolus Inmortuae, one of Asmodeus's Pet projects for the Blood Was- but it was... Stalled and Eventually closed due to Schizophrenia among the Final product- making them very unstable, akin to Demons..."

"Hohohoho", Khorramzadeh covered his mouth and laughed in the void, as Chu Feng looked on uneasily in the Desert.

The Emotionless smile did not change as the Tenth Tyrant stared silently at Aavesh, with just greater killing intent emanating from his eyes.

*CRACK

*Spark

An Glowing Infernal Pentagram surrounded them both with Aavesh on the outer point and the Tenth Tyrant at the Center.

A Circular Orange Rune Wall suddenly emanated from the Tips of the Pentagram.

Infernal Runes.

'Aavesh it's an Array within an Array - A Soul Possession Array and Dead Calming Array- He's doing to collect your soul and Devour your Flesh to calm his State of Existence ', Coral immediately recognised the Runes formed and informed Aavesh.

'No wonder - they all died, thanks for the info Coral - It seems I will have a Soul Battle with our New friend here', Aavesh replied back as the Final Test was just about to begin.

Soul Battle - There's only one Victor.
