Aavesh then examined the Portal Activation runes- it needed sacrifice of Bloody Flesh and Soul to get it working.
But only idiots would do something so stupid...
Aavesh jammed his first down and erupted with his Ultimate Cosmic Origin Essence.
The Runes lit up wildly - as if stimulated by strong fuel!
A Reddish Purple mist began to form around the Fissure as it transformed.
*BOOOM!
A blast of Demonic Mythic Power exploded outwards and the Portal to the Abyss was now ajar.
*BANG
Behind Coral arrived in her Battle Armor along with Couple of large bus Sized Missiles that emanated a frightening almost incomprehensible aura.
"Two should be enough", she gazed at the Missiles and replied as she examined the newly formed Portal that was clearly unstable - After all Aavesh couldn't be bothered to ask for a Demon Lord of God to moor the damn thing in place.
"It better be", he replied to her as Black Volt began to charge again on his left hand, along with Amplification from the Living Weapon- his black Gauntlet.
*Chitter
*Buzz
Aavesh could hear it clearly, the sound of countless bloodthirsty bugs of the swarm wanting to rush at them through the portal but the bridge hadn't been completed yet-
"I'm sorry - forgive me for what happens next", Aavesh muttered as Coral's eyes went wide but in that moment he was already at the Portal.
He aimed his Gauntlet at the Swarming monster that was busy condensing an Avatar -
Mora gazed at the young man in surprise, she had just begun to activate her painstakingly formed Avatar - specifically created to survive the Void between the incomplete bridge and the Spatial fissure and disguise the her true nature from the Laws of the Universe.
Their eyes said everything - to kill Eachother.
Aavesh consumed all of his remaining True Primal Blood Essence Beads and cast in his mind,
'Full Burst- True Primal Shot'
At the Same time, Mora never dared to underestimate him, after all even if his hair changed or Eyes changed+ she could feel the loathing the Abyss had and sense of betrayal it felt from him, it was him- how Fitting.
She would use it then- the weapon she and her mother so painstakingly created, specifically to torment this bastard!
She cast,
'Kiss of the Abyss'
The Gauntlet formed nine Arc Halos that sent Beams of focused Nonagonic Elements onto Black Volt and a Bright Blue Gold Beam blasted out.
Mora held a thin ominous black thorn like spear that let out Red Lightning, in her palm and she threw it at Aavesh.
*KRAKOOOOOOM
The Beam destroyed the Avatar while the thorn pierced Aavesh in the chest and threw him backwards into the Underground Walls of the Temple but Coral caught him and absorbed the excessive force, as a loud explosion could be heard in the tunnel.
"WAAAHP!"
"AAAUUU! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!"
Cries of Agony followed as Mora screamed in absolute fury at the insolence of that Bastard.
Her Avatar was destroyed by no ordinary weapon and she could feel the unthinkable pain it felt- moments before it was destroyed - but he should feel the burning kiss of the Abyss in his Soul- atleast she could take solace in that!
She was right, Aavesh was writhing in pain as the red lightning flickered from the thorn into him- burning and trying to brand his existence.
It melted into his body even as Coral tried to yank it out.
"Unforgivable", She muttered as Aavesh lay writhing in her arms.
" Ugh- Coralll! What are you waiting for? Send the missiles - that bitch will only be fazed for so long! Aah!", he winced but his words brought a tear smile to Coral.
" Who said I was waiting? They are already inside- the second you moved after getting hit- how could I not understand you ? My idiot son", Coral then carried him in her arms easily - it was nothing new, Aavesh was just giving her another deathly shock out of affection.
Sigh- he should really stop scaring her to death- Really.
"Oh Decou- cough- decoys, Nice -Haha should have guessed - we should leave on a few seconds right?", Aavesh smiled in pain at her as they simply blitzed through the Underground Temple and reached below the ship in seconds.
Meanwhile, Mora suddenly felt the bugs around her shudder in fear- chittering in panic- her instincts for Fatal danger kicked in, two missiles had suddenly Entered the Fissure - she quickly shot two boroughing Energy blasts- they disabled the Missiles before they could explode.
"Hah!- You really thought I would-", she laughed out wildly -but then, out of nowhere - two blasts occured, absorbing all energy and sound nearby.
*Silence
To her horror, she could see the Massive Explosion before her, she was unable to move, something happened due to the space particles becoming suddenly abnormal.
'How could I not percieve them? I-', she thought momentarily.
Then-
*KAABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
The underground collapsed and the bridge shattered spectacularly- then the Space between the Abyss and Material Universe began to widen rapidly...
The Demons waiting on the other end saw the destruction engulfing Mora, they felt relief in their hearts!
Finally!
The Hungry bitch was dead!
But things never played out like one wishes - an insectoid demon suddenly concluded and exploded as Mora appeared, covered in Demonic Blood, her naked body- now that of a unusually sensual succubus, yet there were ancient Protoss tattoos on them.
"Haaah, Your body has finally assimilated with mine, I must thank you my inevitable lover- but I can't be bothered to remember your name, now that I have fully devoured you", she
reminisced about her now forgotten thrall like lover.
She licked her lips at the now retreating Demons around her and spoke with a moan to stir the soul," Oh where you running - I'm hungry"
-------------------------------------------------------------
" I need Tribulation Lightning to cleanse this Taint Coral- Sarkoris Majoris can help me with it, but for real I'm glad this thing didn't hit you first- it's specially designed to corrode people with Soul Substructures", Aavesh spoke painfully.
"Still- you idiot boy, You could have been killed! It's not like you don't possess a Soul Substructure either"
"Mine can handle it- mostly due to my Soul Cultivation and my Constitution, yours is just developed, it needs more decades and a lot of protective Rune Encoding - High level AIs like you rarely grow souls on your own, much less to this extent - I don't care, I wasn't going to risk it- After all its a win win for me", Aavesh spoke as he writhed in the Abyssal storm that was raging at his Soul Orb.
"Please - just , Sigh I can't lose you too, I'll wait in the ship- with warm food... Sometimes I wish I could retire with you but destiny is inevitable - don't get yourself killed like a fool in the Tribulation", She smiled but Aavesh could feel her hurt and the turmoil in her heart.
She knew why he did that, but she considered herself as a Mother and Mentor to the idiot, how could she not feel pain and worry at his suffering - that too to protect her?
Still- she smiled at him and went back up into the ship- Aavesh had grown up after all, she couldn't stop worrying and the idiot would always put himself in danger- but atleast he seemed to be enjoying things now.
She was happy - atleast she could bring some light into the miserable life of the boy carrying a questionable burden, not meant for age...
And even though he acted like a suicidal idiot, she could see his will to live burning even more fiercely in his eyes where there was once depression and loss, then emotionlessness and lastly but finally - growth.
Aavesh gazed at the sky as the ship moved.
" Um- can you help me? Sarkoris?", he spoke with a wry smile.
It was going to be a long day...
Fuck...
