Unbelievable!
I’ve been going between both rooms all night long.
Whether it was Ariel coughing her lungs out and needing to get her cough medicine and an excessive amount of water. Or it was Ollie having a hot flash and bringing him fans from the garage. The nightmare was that Derek was the opposite. He was shivering in the middle of the night, so I grabbed him extra blankets from my bed since I wasn’t sleeping last night.
When it hit the time for school, I called the elementary school and the preschool to tell them that Derek, Oliver, and Ariel wouldn’t be in school today.
Jasper came to pick up Seth and Serena for school. He agreed to pick up any of the homework that I needed, but it’s Friday, so there probably won’t be a lot of schoolwork for me to catch up on.
“Do you guys feel okay?” I asked, before letting the twins in Jasper’s car. “No fever, no sweats, no stomachaches?”
“We’re fine. Take care of the little ones,” Seth said.
“Call me at lunch,” I said.
