Chapter Three

Sitting with the protagonist who made the Original soul obsessed with, it's making him feel uncomfortable for some reason.

"Where have you been?" She asked, grabbing one of the books she carried earlier and flip them open.

"At my house?" Caspian cringe the way his voice shaking saying those words.

Gwen probably suspect him already.

Her words earlier still shake his core, it was not in the script that the two possibly know each other already.Though, it wasn't that 'weirdly' judging how the two characters love reading books.

"Somehow, I can feel that you change.Not in the bad way you could say, atleast you didn't talk to me coldly anymore." She giggled, her eyes disappearing when she laugh.

"If I did then i'm sorry...I'm not really used to people." He replied back, his hand scratching the back of his nape unconciously.

Gwen saw this but didn't say anything, rather she shrug her shoulder."Everyone can see that, you're not shy but you hate people like they're germs.It's actually a miracle that you're friends with me."

It's the previous Caspian who hates humans.He totally understand that, the Author did throw a little information about Caspian.At the young age, he is the type of person who's gullible enough to be kidnap in broad daylight.

But some circumstances change him,

those friends of him do not really consider him as part of their little group.

So, he decided to cut them off cleanly, not even that one friend off the hook.

"Seriously you need to man up!How are you suppose to have a girlfriend if you keep hiding behind my back?" Gwen sighed, Caspian is always still that young boy who hides away from the crowds.

They been friends for 2 years and yet, the boy is still timid from his surrounding.

Besides, Caspian is still young, she understand that his family really protected him.To the point that somebody is watching them outside the window and the other table, just to keep tabs who he met.

She totally agreed when Caspian proposed that the two of them will get into roleplay like the two of them have no any connection of some sort to get rid of those marriage proposal from his Father.

Unknown to Caspian, Caspian Father contact her behind him and proposed another deal to protect Caspian from any stranger that have motives behind their action.

As a friend, she didn't care any rewards that the Pink Haired Youth Father give her.She's bound to protect him 35 years later on.

In the end, he is suprisingly got along with Gwen, despite being suspicious that he don't really remember anything from their encounter.Gwen didn't even commented how he chose honey flavor tea instead of the usual blueberry tea flavor.

Parting ways outside of the library, he was bound to get scolded when he comes back.Seeing the tall sillhoutte of the butler, he shivered making eye contact with him.

"Young Master, Your Father will not hesitate to spank you if you keep disobeying his words.Now please get on the carriage,"

With the help of the carriage, travelling back to the Manor was only 15 minutes away from the Capital.Now standing at the front door of the Manor, a tall pink haired man block the entrance.

Caspian gulp, he did not regret any action of leaving the Manor even though he was forbidden to leave.He did not like staying at a house full of strangers he just barely knew from the novel.

"I should have lock you up but your little siblings do not like that." The Man sighed, his wrinkles showing from how stress he is knowing that his son, who earlier collapsed and left again without following a single order.

"I'm really okay now," Seeing those looks sent to his way,"I promise."

He didn't hesitate to say those words after seeing his Father look giving to him.

Caspian is probably also a troublemaker, those people around him do not show a suprised look to their faces that he left under their nose.

Probably used to Caspian leaving the house without them knowing.It gave him a little advantage that he can sneak away and probably get away with it.

"Brother!"

He didn't expected a shadow jumping to his arms, almost losing his balance if not Butler Norman hold his shoulder and stabilize his posture.

Looking down, he saw twinkling Blue eyes staring right back to his violet one.

A glint of admiration and longing flashes to those hues that he can't help but gave a light reassure hug back.

"Brother!I was worried when the servants said that you collapse." Snuggling her face to his chest, she continued to chatter."When I entered the room you weren't there."

Oh, so that's why they know he was gone, because this cute little sister barge to his room after finding out her precious brother collapse.

A small smile linger to his face.This cutie over here reminds of his little sister before he died, it's a bit refreshing to see some similarities of his family member here.

"I'm okay now, you don't need to worry about me.Let's get inside before the sun set." He entered the Manor with the child in his arms, his Father followed behind him and closed the entrance door.

After that, they have dinner.Meeting the two siblings of Caspian, he had a doubt why there appearance don't match the Duke at all.He have to do some snooping for some time.

He went back to his room, seeing that the window is close and the curtain he used earlier is also gone as well.The Servant must have clean it already, save some trouble of him untying the knot he form.

He went to his bed, cover his 'fragile' body with a quilt and close his eyes.

He can't wait for tomorrow to find out more the mystery that had started since he showed up.
