0.19 The Boat Of Quirkiness

Ariana bit her lips to hold in her laughter as she watched the young lad climb the flower pot diligently.

"Wait, I think you will look fabulous in this," Ariana walked toward him as she handed him her flashy sunglasses.

"Go on, put it on," she waved her hand as she moved back to sit on the bench.

"Gracious Lord," Jared mumbled under his breath as he put the sunglasses on.

"Just pretend you are in a dream, J, just a horrible dream," he whispered to himself before he raised his head up with a deep breath.

People had already begun to gather as they stood to watch the show that was about to take place in the middle of the streets.

"Let it go!!!!!"

Ariana nearly fell down to the ground as she couldn't keep in her laughter the second he began to sing.

"Let it go!!!!!" Jared belted out.

"Can't hold it back anymore!!!!!!" he yelled at the top of his lungs.

The crowd grew bigger as the loud voice of the young lad caught the attention of everyone passing by the busy street.

"Let it go!!!! Let it go!!!!" Jared sang at the top of his lungs.

"No, no, I have to keep this," Ariana brought out her phone from her bag as she began to record the hilarious show going on in front of her.

"Here I stand!!!"

"And I'm going to stay!!!" Ariana helped him sing as she laughed out loud.

"Let the storm rage on!!!" they both sang at the same time and the crowd took videos of them as they watched with amused expressions.

"The cold never bothered me anyway," Jared finished off with a slight bow as the crowd broke out in rounds of applause and cheers.

"Encore!! Encore!!" Ariana pumped as Jared rushed towards her while covering his decency with his arms.

"Let's get the hell out of here," he muttered as he took her hand to pull her down the streets while covering his face in shame.

They stopped by a somewhat less crowded area as Jared put his clothes back on while Ariana clutched her stomach, unable to keep her laughter down.

"Oh, my, Jerry, I never knew you had it in you to sing like a true star," Ariana teased with a wink as he playfully glared at her.

"Okay, you can stop laughing at me now," he rolled his eyes.

"Oh, I wish I could!" Ariana belted out as more laughter spilled out of her mouth.

Jared shook his head and couldn't help bursting into laughter as he replayed all that he had just done in the last few minutes.

That should have been the most bizarre thing he had ever tried out in his twenty-nine years of life.

"I can't believe I just sang in the middle of the streets," he laughed.

"Might I add shirtless!!" Ariana added as her eyes sparkled with mischief.

"With a pair of flashy sunglasses!" he let out and they both chuckled out loud.

"Gosh, that was the strangest thing I have ever done in my life," Jared sighed as his laughter died down.

"And it certainly won't be the last," Ariana promised.

"So tell me, Jerry, how did you feel after showcasing your awesome singing skills?" Ariana mused.

"I felt...odd, like a weight has been lifted off my shoulder or something, it was like a total stress reliever," he let out honestly.

"You see, you didn't have to be so hesitant to do something which made you feel better," Ariana hit his chest lightly as she shook her head.

"Well, so you have confirmed my craziness, right? Is that enough for you to allow me to join you on your bucket list?" Jared asked.

"Hmm, round two," Ariana mused.

"Ariana," Jared gritted and she chuckled.

"Okay, I was just joking," she laughed amusingly.

"Welcome on the boat of quirkiness, Mr. Antiano," she put her hand out for a handshake.

"I hope you'll enjoy the ride," she said.

"With you, I'm sure I definitely will," Jared took her hand for a handshake as they both smiled at each other.

They had no idea where this new deal would take them but they didn't care about the future at all.

All they knew was they were ready to go on any adventure they could to spice up their lives.

After all, who knew when they would ever get a chance like this?
